A few points:
*Why was the victim's bodily matter in the tea strainer? WTF?
*I feel sorry for GS having his alleged sex life plastered all over the papers. We also have to bear in mind that Brizzi could be lying. Plus, in statement analysis, he would be considered to be disparaging the victim, by alleging he has weird sexual preferences, and also implying these preferences are at fault for his own death. This is certainly not a sign of Brizzi being remorseful.
*I hope the jury are not sympathetic to Brizzi, because they don't understand fetishism and just accept what he says. Also I hope the jury are not scared of being considered insensitive because of the homosexuality of the crime, so they make up for it by being extra permissive to the perp.
*Brizzi changed his story: he said GS neck snapped when the lead slipped, then he contradicted himself and said that he couldn't see GS, and only noticed there was something wrong when he (Brizzi) stood up.
*two months ago I accidentally had a bad trip on edible cannabis, which the liver changes to a psychedelic/hallucinogenic drug. (I was attempting to ease my endometriosis). It was the worst thing I have ever experienced. I was completely out of my mind and literally thought I was in hell. It seemed to last forever. I was absolutely incapable of having a coherent conversation, like Brizzi seems to have done with the police when he confessed.
*I think Brizzi was lying when he confessed, as he wrongly assumed that being high and having voices telling you to kill would be a good defence. I think he is still lying now that he is claiming it was an extreme sexual accident.
*Brizzi has somewhat told us what really happened: he was freaked out by GS saying he was recording everything, and by finding his police badge, which Brizzi seems to be attaching a lot of importance to. What I think really happened, is that he disclosed illegal sexual preferences to GS. Perhaps he is an extreme sadist, and admitted that not all of his sexual partners consent to it. He was scared by GS saying that he was recording everything, and then when Brizzi found his police badge he freaked and thought that GS was an undercover sex crimes investigator. So he killed him.
