He is not far from the truth, and the truth is, she and Urfan fully deserve each other.

There is no suggestion that Urfan is Muslim or a follower of Islamic death rituals, and he is being judged in a Uk court of law, not by Islamic "rights".

I think it was a halfhearted attempt at pretending to be a devout Muslim. Urfan can't but understand that for the police to find Sara's body like it was, the consequences would involve an investigation. So, it is highly unlikely that a body would be buried without an autopsy, within 72 hours, in a shroud and facing Mecca.

Nothing is inflexible in a burial, but to bend it, one has to get a fatwah for good reasons. The Sharifs just fled and left the body for the police. It is pure hypocrisy.

I think bienash will testify. There is no way in hell she will take the full blame . If she is going down she will be taking urfan down too. She will be livid urfan screwed her over and unless this was there plan all along I really feel she will want her chance to proclaim her innocence. She has a narcissistic personality and a need to tell her version of events. as we see with her messages to sisters .

Both bienash and urfan have previous accusations of violent behaviour whether physical or verbal bienash with use of bad language aimed at kids and urfan with physical against olga and he also says he slapped Sara. Bienash can use the excuse of being stressed and being a victim of DV as sometimes the mother whom is a victim of the father's violence will lash out at the kids as she can't stand up and direct her anger at the husband . I know she used violence on Sara but I imagine this scenario will be her defence

I don't know if uncle will though like the previous poster said he seems invisible at the moment almost irrelevant. i dont see the point in him being questioned by his defence lawyer. The prosecution may want to put him on the stand to see if he crumbles .

All we have so far on fasial is absconding the scene of a crime , sobbing for Sara, dna on belt which could be argued by defence that it was his and dna transfered while wearing it . He Claims he was never there so obviously how can he bear witness to having a clue who the guilty party is bienash or urfan . Oh and putting up the money to flee .

Probably his work in McDonald's and his claim he did nothing else other than work ( sarcasm)

I think to get a student visa one has to show bank statements proving they can provide for themselves . AFAIK the tickets cost 5000 pounds so he could well have had that in his bank from when he first came over

I wonder was urfan washing Sara out of respect and ritual or worried how he would be judged by the family or wider Muslim community. He seems very intent on getting the message across that he follows Islamic principles.

BOTH families turned away from them.

In Pakistan
they held negotiations for the defendants to turn in.
They only took care of innocent children.

also declined help
(30 phone calls of B to them to no avail)

I can imagine gossip and "finger pointing" in the neighborhoods of both families

I'm not sure of uncle either . I'm sure bienash will portray herself as a victim much like urfan is doing and it will end up being a case of whose word do you believe. The medical experts testimonies in court seem to state regardless of the roles each defendant played . The injuries Sara suffered could not have gone un noticed by anybody living within the household in one of the previously posted articles urfan explained this as him thinking the injuries were inflicted in fights with the other children so he was aware of repeated injuries so why not bring her to A&E especially for the likes of the broken shoulder blades hardly an injury that would not have any outward sign plenty of siblings inflict injuries on each other through horseplay

It annoyed me that the lawyer said "Sharif would have to physically discipline Sara on occasion with a slap." No one HAS to physically discipline a child with a slap. I have somehow brought my daughters up to adulthood without ever slapping them. Guess what, they turned out great!
