Same here. It was definitely an education into our justice system. This trial was the most exhausting and difficult trial I've ever watched.

I think if we hear from Mom it would be a zoom set up. I have a suspicion that even Dawn Woods is relieved that her son is off the street. We got a full dose of him for a few weeks...she has been listening to him for 40 years and I bet had a bit of abuse of her own from him. She can now sleep at night knowing he will not show up ever again. I really doubt she is unhappy about the result.Definitely the most draining trial I’ve watched! And the most enraging. Of course no one forced me to watch. But I’m glad it’s over for the families and the larger Waukesha community. I guess we’ll all be together again for sentencing. And then we’ll never hear from the convicted mass murderer ever again I’m certain. Good riddance! I wonder if his mother will finally show her face at sentencing and speak on behalf of her son. If she does, I guess we can expect the same excuses she’s been making for him. Smh.
Tuesday PMJudge said she was notified at 9:43 AM Central time that jury had reached verdicts. Jury started deliberations at 6:43 PM Tuesday morning.
Under what lawful law?Is this a legal determination
Sentencing date has not been made official yet. The parties are to return to court on Monday the 31st to discuss potential dates and finalize appearances. Many will be making victim impact statementsWhen will sentencing be ?
They are meeting Monday, Oct. 31 to discuss sentencing and how many people will be speaking. The judge said she needed to check her calendar once they’ve figured out how many people will speak and how long it will take. When will sentencing be ?
I believe the judge previously stated her calendar was pretty full for the next two weeks (when there was talk within the past few days of the length of the trial). I hope she can squeeze it in, but we may have to wait. They are meeting Monday, Oct. 31 to discuss sentencing and how many people will be speaking. Yes absolutely! Just yesterday, for example, bailiffs were there from 8:30 AM until 8:00 PM I think. That is a long day.Another hero who, no doubt, restrained himself from zapping DB dozens of times lol

...I too had heard 2hrs 40mins announcing the verdict at 943am after convening at about 915am I'm thinking the deal was sealed last night. Good for them not letting any of his BS stump them.
Shout out to Judge D.. I know his voice will be living rent free in her head for a time to come. Hope she takes care of herself.

Such a meme-able expression, and he held it without fail no matter all the buffoonery going on two feet from him.
