White (20/now 21) arrested & charged (11/9/24) & arraigned (1/9/25) with felony child abuse (intentionally cause great bodily harm-Felony C) & felony neglecting a child (consequence is great bodily harm-Felony F). $100K bond. Plead not guilty (1/9/25). Milwaukee County
Judge Anderson M. Gansner will preside was changed (2/24/25) to Judge Mark A. Sanders. Prosecutor Arthur Kenneth Thexton, Deputy DA Matthew James Torbenson, Rachel Jo Stencel, Madeline Anne Witte & Gregg Harman. Defense attorney Annette Rauch & Jessica L. Birmingham.
