too bad DM didn't think to sell the business after his father's death. It sounds like most of the hard work had been done including the almighty license to provide maintenance, the highly skilled team put together, etc.
just hypothesizing...
DM dropped the toolbox off with MH but we don't know what he directed him to do except hold on to it for a couple of weeks. And MH was reluctant to deliver it to MS.
So far neither MH nor AM have mentioned DM directing them to do anything in terms of dropping something off with MS have we...
MS may have asked for something to be delivered in the toolbox and received something else...thus concluding he was being set up...
Just speculating...
It is very obvious that DM and MS are adversaries now in defense. And when did that start and why?
Can someone help decipher the BD testimony: was MS afraid of DM only after DM's arrest? Only after MS received the toolbox?
I wonder if DM had no intent of framing MS. Perhaps AM, in his desire...
I HATE stunt driving. HATE it. I still remember the cabbie who was killed on Mt Pleasant in Toronto by two racing a-holes. Their families called them "good kids". They were adults. And even if they were 16, if you wouldn't approve of your son literally throwing rocks at passersby in case they...
Have any of the lawyers asked if MH asked WHY DM wanted it to go to MS? What did AM tell MH? And why MH emphatically didn't want it to go to MS (based on the heated words). Why would MH have had such a strong opinion? MH has said he wanted to get rid of it. But what did he want to do with it?
Speculation: I wonder if Pedo was with them - waiting in the SUV - and heard the loud shot(s). My dog jumped out of her skin this evening when the roofers across the street dropped a ladder. I can't imagine a loud shot. I hope Pedo is well.
Besides the
"One gun, two gun
Red gun, blue gun"
testimony today, and the confusing timing of MS's unravelling...the other thing that confused me was the reference to MS's apartment and MS' house - or that's what i recall from the tweets. I understood MS's house to mean his mother's house but...

edited to note that I just realized that I didn't include a link. Can someone help me with the source? Molly Hayes and Susan Clairmont both tweeted it on Mar 31.

Asks about Baja race trip (jury has heard Schlatman...
DM wanted the truck. He told several people he wanted a diesel right? He thought he had unsolvable cash flow problems. Therefore he intended to steal the truck (bringing a gun, using a fake name, burner phone) . Doesn't it speak to the intent? (It could also be intent to murder to others'...
I would like to see that information as well. However what is more relevant IMHO is DM's perception of his finances - especially around his understanding of cash flow vs net worth vs business/personal. Did he mix/confuse cash flow with net worth (and felt he couldn't afford the truck?)
I see...
Hey look Mommy! Its the portable pet crematorium!
Yes little one, wave at the nice men!
Gross. Can you imagine bringing your pet to a vet and seeing that in the parking lot?
Google says New Mexico to Toronto is 52 hours round trip. I didn't check the assumed speed limit, city in New Mexico etc. It was New Mexico right?
So for a 21 day trip i am going to bump that down to 15 working days -yes i am giving them the weekends off - that is about ? 4 hours per day in...
He was smart enough to use a burner phone but not smart enough to turn his own phone off at the same time and not smart enough to use a different burner phone with each potential victim.
Its life for second degree as well - unless that is what you meant.. I am not sure he needs to take the stand for a second degree conviction in my opinion.
(The difference is in parole eligibility isn't it?)

I read somewhere recently (and I will look for the link) that the forcible confinement and murder have to be separate . The example the article gave was a strangulation murder. If you were to strangle someone you would have to hold them down to do so (or they will get up and leave). So the...
