Lightning strikes over an empty sidewalk in front of the Orange County Jail as heavy thunderstorms forced spectators awaiting Casey Anthony's release to take cover Saturday night.

LOL my husband asked if they could evaluate me next when he realized I got out of bed at 5:45 PT to watch the trial while he was getting ready for work and saw them talking about it when he was eating breakfast.
If VT does end up on the stand would that cause a conflict for HHBP? I'm worried that could cause the mistrial that the DT has been asking for almost daily since the beginning of the trial.
I am actually really disappointed that this wasn't mentioned on the news around here earlier in the day. I am still just so sick thinking of the poor baby.

to test that theory can we please place some duct tape over ICA's mouth and nose to see her reaction to it? If we promise to remove it before she dies :innocent:
Duct Tape can come in various colors, I have a roll of white under my kitchen sink, I used it to hide wires when my DH installed his surround sound since we can't put up molding in our apartment.
I agree with you on this, I don't know that as a juror with little to no knowledge about the case prior to the trial that I could convict a person to LWOP or Death without having the opportunity to examine all evidence.
I think this might have been discussed before, but I can't find it. My question is Since they decided not to allow the jury to smell the contents of the can (because the judge doesn't want to make the jury witness) could that actually hurt the state's case? I'm wondering if there are jurors...
LMAO I was just frantically searching to avoid a double post, I heard it to and was about to ask if anyone else did and who it was, I thought it was going to be a bombshell. Thanks Patty it was great of you to post it for us on youtube. Now I can get to work instead of disecting the interview...
I wasn't replying directly to your post, I hope you don't feel I was. I was posting to the thread as a whole. I personally really hope that it is possible DS was really just trying to donate to the foundation to help find Haleigh. I was trying to get a few sleuthers to check out what...
Is DS a RSO? from what I read at the link provided in the 1st post, he is awaiting trial. I'm not able to say with any certainty weather he is guilty or innocent, I hope that will be established in court. With that said is it possible that he really did just want to donate to the foundation...
