Found Deceased WY - Gabrielle ‘Gabby’ Petito, 22, Grand Teton National Park, 25 Aug 2021 #34

Throw in "they confronted him back at the car and threatened him" and it reeks of the first Jodi Arias "ninja" story. So, no.

I agree with this. Authorized use has to come from the issuing bank, not word of mouth from the cardholder. I know it happens all of the time, but allowing someone else to use your debit card doesn't constitute authorized use, unless you have contacted your issuing bank and formally requested...

Found Deceased WY - Gabrielle ‘Gabby’ Petito, 22, Grand Teton National Park, 25 Aug 2021 #26

It seems to me that the FBI doesn't want to make BL a suspect. And, why would they want to charge him with something like auto theft and have to Mirandize him if they find him alive? I'm guessing they would prefer to play like they are the rescuers with the hope that he will feel relieved and...

Found Deceased WY - Gabrielle ‘Gabby’ Petito, 22, Grand Teton National Park, 25 Aug 2021 #26

This is the FOX link I had. Brian Laundrie argued in Wyoming restaurant hours before Gabby Petito vanished: eyewitnesses

Is there anybody left after watching Nina Celie Angelo's spliced video who still thinks Brian Laundrie is this nice, calm, quiet guy? Having had the displeasure of knowing a malignant narcissist and a psychopath, both males, I think after seeing portions of the MOAB police body cam footage and...

Bill Cosby charged w/aggravated Sexual Assault/other Rape Allegations *conviction vacated* *civil trial 2022 guilty* #6

I heard that his defense will file a stay to prevent either sentencing or being remanded into custody. The goal will be to present a strong enough case that his conviction will be overturned on appeal, in the hopes the judge will not force him to serve any time while awaiting appeal, which they...

NC - Lennon Lacy, 17, football player found hanged, Aug 2014

The way I read the report from Dr. Christina Roberts, the forensic pathologist hired by the NC NAACP, the black belt was not consistent with the belt worn by Lennon Lacy. The blue belt (the one with the D hook that has been referred to as the dog leash) was reported as being consistent with one...

NC - Lennon Lacy, 17, football player found hanged, Aug 2014

I agree. I'm in North Carolina, too, and my gut tells me that it's exactly what it looks like, and that is not suicide. Does anybody know if any forensic examination was done on clothing or the scene around the abandoned swingset or the rest of the mobile home park?

GUILTY NC - Bianca Tanner, 31, Charlotte, 8 June 2014

The CMPD just held a live-streamed press conference and stated that this is now being treated as a homicide investigation. They described activity on cell phone or debit card as "dead". Her three-year old son who was with her this weekend in Charlotte is safe and now with his father...

I promised myself that I wasn't going to criticize the jurors. I believe that as a group, they did try hard during their 30 hours of deliberation. But, I have to admit to being dumbfounded by her statements. :scared:

I happen to think that trying to impose your will on others is anti-social behavior. I am a product of the '60's - loud music is a teenage rite of passage. :drumroll:

IMHO, anybody who hopes that RR has had her lightbulb moment regarding MD is kidding themselves. The way RR acted on the stand was in no way like a woman who has come to the realization that she has been used by and has given several years of her life to a malignant narcissist (or a sociopath)...

Has anyone found the motion (or complaint or whatever) filed by MD that was mentioned by Judge Healey after the jury was dismissed regarding jail phone calls or something? The judge said that he didn't know if Cory Strolla would be involved with that, but has anyone found it under motions filed?
