I think brad could have easily covered the duck before using it as a weapon to keep DNA evidence off. Have the ducks been tested? do we have evidence of that?

Sometimes, people need to have others with them on their opinions, and garner support by stating an opinion that excludes all others. Or...in the case of a less than business person, he might speak of his one person company in terms of...
And it was a swift and brutal murder, with no signs of struggle. I believe brad would have premeditated by knowing by searching a site on suicide....isn't that in evidence on his depo. He would have known that was just the right spot, and it wouldn't leave evidence of his hands around her...
there was no signs of struggle. Someone took Nancy by surprise. I don't care who agrees or not...the broken hyoid bone.....not an easy thing to do because of the size and location, but possible if a sharp edge is delivered to her neck in the strong grip of an ace tennis player, using his well...
Does anyone think that the 1.3 inch mark on Nancy's neck could have been what was the mark made when one of those ducks was possibly used as a lethal weapon?
I believe a wooden duck was used, and one of the sharp edges left a mark after the blow that broke Nancy's hyoid bone.

good grip....good long armed swing.....accurate aim.....wins Tennis.
the other day, I tossed about a theory of how brad could have taken one long armed swing at Nancy when she came home, while holding one of the wooden ducks, thus delivering a fatal blow by breaking the hyoid bone in one...
sorry ....just saying that was your decision, and I don't think it was right.....
and if it made life easier on you, again.....your decision. I understand how it would be difficult to tell her the truth. maybe not good 'ole boy, but still not right, IMO.
good 'ole boy....didn't want to betray your friendship with someone who was cheating......OK. your decision. I had the same thing happen in my past, and the roommate made the decision to tell me of the betrayal, and how my boyfriend did not have my best interests at heart.....just being a playa.
brad is getting an aggressive defense....no doubt about that. aggressive to the point of claiming there are no honest state's witnesses what so ever in this trial. That is blind faith in the defendant IMO aggressive defense to the extent of expecting all the state's witnesses to perjure...
