Agree, but Dr. D seemed to settle down later in the cross. Hopefully, she will come in today more relaxed. Just startled with the difference between Stabby and the Dr. Same age but eons apart!
Cannot help but to notice the difference between Jodi and JD. Close to same age but leagues apart.
Jodi is NOT helping herself with her behavior today. I guess her job..trashing Travis is complete.
I have a Razr, android phone. I use kbpo (?). It is the first link given in the suggested media links which is included on the first page of the daily discussion page. Works well for me..very little buffering.
I have trouble with the clean up also. I think she hurried to get out of the house before any of the roommates came home. I think she would have cleaned or removed more stuff from scene if she had more time. I also think she put the camera in the wash with bleach on purpose hoping the bleach...
If this was truly a case of self defense why the , "Oh crap!" when she woke from the fog. Why not, "Wow, I could have been killed!" Or, something similar. All she thought about was her reputation and acting normal. AND, thank heaven she found the cell phone charger which had been hiding...
What about THE FOG! JA testified that when Travis yelled at her or "hit" her, JA's brain would scramble and she would go into a fog. She could only remember her feeeeelings!
FYI ..the ME said the bullet did not go through sinus cavity..went through brain which means immediate incapacitation. He was very sure about this. Just watched his testimony again.
Agree! I have also heard empty gas cans can also be an issue. Plus, she had "full?" gas cans in the trunk in Arizona in June..the smell would be unbelievable. Hey, maybe that is what caused the fog..gas fumes?
The "lost and found" cell phone charger is the premed clincher for me. She said she felt more secure with gas cans driving through the desert at night, but no cell phone??? Single woman alone at night with combustable material smelling in tha back of the car, but no concern @ cell phone...
I watched the beginning of JA's cross examination and despite what she said noticed no shaking, clenching of teeth or sitting on hands. She was very calm and argumentative. Hope jury remembers.
