What's surprising to me is how the Anthonys have seemingly gone off on thier own investigation.
The sad part though, it's an investigation that isn't based with facts of the case.
Anything dealing with Casey's involvement in this case they are unwilling to admit to -- so
right off the bat they...
They do need some sort of evidence though that it was first or second degree murder . . . If the police believe she drowned accidently, and she just decided to cover it up -- how could they charge her with murder?
In my opinion -- even if they find a body -- what are they going to charge her with?
First or second degree murder? Very unlikely. She will probably do a limited amount of time for the neglect charge.
Here's a thought . . .
Since "The Family is in Danger" with what Casey knows about the kidnappers -- how about offering protective custody for all family members. Hell -- I'll ever chip in for the cost if it means we get the little girl back.
If Casey knows that her complete family has the...
Anyone who believes that Cindy is secretly working for LE -- put those thoughts to rest after today's latest comments.
I thought maybe Cindy would have had her eyes opened by the visit refusal -- but it looks like Cindy has decided to go down with the sinking ship.
Ok -- so you kidnap a child and the most logical place to show up IS THE AIRPORT . . . where there are THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE.
I never believe any of these "sightings" when people go missing.
Here's my short recap of this case:
> Cadaver Dogs Hit
> Dead Body Smell
> Mom Lies
> Mom Shows No...
I've always thought this was the best piece of evidence.. daughter has been missing "31 days" -- and the first thing she says to her mom is "Nice Cameo"
Yeah ... she's real concerned about Caylee. She was only concerned with Tony in that call.
Right now is the time that Cindy and George need to have their eyes opened to this situation.
Their daughter is now running play #23 from the "Manipulators Handbook" -- denying visits to somehow punish mom and dad -- trying to get herself in control of the situation again.
This is exactly how...
Agreed. I hope they will open their eyes to this. Being involved with Casey at this point is like being in the path of an F5 tornado. You're going to lose everything around you if you aren't careful.
The root of her bad lies is that for some reason she believed that the police were like her mom and dad... easily snowed.
Did she not think that they would actually investigate her story?
That's what I don't understand in this case. There is so much evidence that Casey Anthony was not a good mother . . . The strongest of course being the child is missing now --
But back to my point. Cindy actually wrote in a Myspace posting that SHE (Cindy) is the one who has raised this...
Good point. I don't believe Casey will let it get to that point. Her attorney is basically waiting to hear the results of the DNA testing before she talks.
If it comes back positive for decomposition -- I think we see Casey Anthony admit to an accident fairly quickly.
I agree with you. I believe that she thought she'd be able to manipulate mom and dad one more time and make them not freak out.
It did totally backfire on her. Maybe she had a "surface level" story in her mind -- but it wasn't fully worked out yet.
I wonder if Casey was planning on disappearing.
Does anyone have a guess on how long a dead body would have had to be sitting in that trunk to basically "ruin the car" with the smell?
Hours? Days?
Thoughts?
While DNA evidence will help answer some questions in this case -- it doesn't prove pre-meditated murder.
I believe the police believe she probably drowned in the pool as a result of some sort of neglect. (This is from WFTV.com)
If they believe she drowned -- then it would probably be...
After I heard this evening that Casey refused her visit with her parents -- I can't say I'm surprised.
This girl is the classic manipulator. It hits home for me because I used to have someone like this in my life.
The bottom line to these people -- is that when they have exhausted all...
