Laura Babcock: Dellen Millard & Mark Smich charged w/ Murder in the First Degree #3

I have been in contact with Adam Carter CBC , he informed me CBC has not put him on the Laura Babcock trial. Makes no sense to me as he won them an award for this coverage and the cases are so connected. I emailed tonews@cbc.ca to express my displeasure lol

    Deceased/Not Found Canada - Alvin, 66, & Kathy Liknes, 53, Nathan O'Brien, 5, Calgary, 30 Jun 2014 - #26

Maybe Garland thought he was in Florida where people seem to get off from charges like these.

    Deceased/Not Found Canada - Alvin, 66, & Kathy Liknes, 53, Nathan O'Brien, 5, Calgary, 30 Jun 2014 - #26

my point exactly he was def over that weight but trying to lift 150lbs(made up weight) of dead weight not really very feasible without dragging IMO

    Deceased/Not Found Canada - Alvin, 66, & Kathy Liknes, 53, Nathan O'Brien, 5, Calgary, 30 Jun 2014 - #26

I dont think he would have the strength to carry such weight...Alvin was reported at what 6"2 so lets say 150 pounds on the light side... Garland could not be that strong in my mind

    Deceased/Not Found Canada - Alvin, 66, & Kathy Liknes, 53, Nathan O'Brien, 5, Calgary, 30 Jun 2014 - #26

Someone may or may not have made this judgement but dont have time to scroll through right now so I will just blather on. Seems like if he had such confidence to try and attempt to clean any of this stuff would have me think that they didn't make it out alive...Can't see him taking the time...

Are these other aerial photos not going to be released at all? Cant seem to find any documentation on it other then the judge telling people not to record what was happening.

I am convinced this guy as sick as he is and as confident as he has said "not guilty" that he only has done so as a means to further this families suffering. I would not be surprised if he testifies to give gruesome details to further that. The way he pays attention and takes notes and how the...

Verdict: GUILTY for both Millard and Smich of 1st degree murder

Finally justice is served for Tim! I have been following this case since the beginning and also through this community. I find it very sad that if it was not for Tim the Babcock family may have never known what happen to their daughter and also not know what happened to Wayne Millard. The love...

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.18.16 - Day 51

As someone who works in this industry sim cards about 95% of the time contain no information. They CAN hold contacts and text messages but very very few and like I said almost no one ever has it to do so because it holds so little it quickly becomes full and causes other issues. In terms of...

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.18.16 - Day 51

All of us are armchair investigators saying how we would do something if in this situation we are reading about but reading about it and being directly involved are two very different things. None of us can really know how we would respond or what we we would do or why we would do them that way...

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.17.16 - Day 50

You will notice there are zero questions about the incinerator or anything that happened while at the hanger etc etc etc that to me is very telling in itself
