Please don't think I'm being argumentative but, being from this area of Tennessee, the strippers there aren't like strippers in big cities. Big difference. You don't find strippers with PHDs in rural Tennessee. You find strippers that are hooked on drugs. Many are missing teeth. They're often...
This questioning the defense does just comes off foolish to me. The whole refrigerated truck thing and the supposed painting over the make and model of the truck. Just seems silly.
I do love every time he says, "I don't have no ideal." Haha
From what I've heard thus far, I've not heard a motive. Did I miss it? (I'm not being a smart butt, I want this to be resolved and resolved well.) I hope there was a clear motive laid out and I've missed it. But it seems like, since I've watched most all of the trial, it should be coming up...
I agree with the person who said they couldn't convict. I wouldn't convict on what I've heard thus far. No DNA, no physical evidence, no motive has been presented, I could go on. I hope the prosecution has more.
Am I the only one who finds it incredibly hard to believe that if they murdered her as Autry says that they couldn't find a single piece of DNA linking any of them to Holly? I found Autry pretty convincing today but it's so hard for me to imagine no DNA being found.
Lauren went there but not MP. The lady from the school in the article indicates she doesn't know him, isn't that right? Or am I reading it wrong. I also believe MP was Baptist but Lauren was Lutheran.
I am a young pastor the same age as the defendant. I'm in seminary now. This case has kept my heart broken for days. My family is my life and I have a beautiful, sweet wife just like this guy did. How in the world someone gets so demented I will hopefully never understand.
I don't know how a...
Not to belabor the point (I'm speaking out of curiousity) but if there were teeth with the skull why would they say it would take days and bring in the forensic people to Memphis? If there are teeth then dental records are obviously going to be the way to ID (from my very limited understanding.)
Can someone with experience in this type of thing explain how things could've changed so quickly from this afternoon when they said that it would be days before they could give a positive ID on the remains? What could've happened in just a few hours? Obviously DNA testing takes longer than this...
I was referring to the fact that, initially, on the stream I was watching the screen went black just as the judge was recessing and the bottom of the screen said something about the stream being lost and some technical gibberish.
Zachary Adam's court date was changed to tomorrow at the Decatur County Courthouse. Will Nunley just reported within the last hour or so that a camera will be allowed in the room for the proceedings.
Removed post because I realized after asking a question that the Without Warning group's cell phone ping information was phony and had no basis in actual data. Apologies all around.
I saw this also. This is interesting because the family's Pastor said a bit ago that the family doesn't know any more than the general public. Hard to imagine being the family friend who agreed to speak not knowing what it is that you're going to be saying or even speaking about. God help him or...
I think it would be appropriate to spend some time today praying for Holly and for her family today. Although we tend to think that Holly will be announced as having passed away, I don't think it's silly to pray today that Holly will be announced as having been found alive. Maybe I'm silly. But...
