Good morning all. I am a licensed Realtor in MN and WI laws are very similar.
Seller(s) MUST disclose murder(s) but not suicide or natural death.
It was explained to me this way: When a murder takes place at a home, there may/may not still be someone "out there" that could adversely and...
I have the Live Stream up and waiting! When this is finished where can I pick up SF's update? He said it would directly follow... - will that be on Barron County Sheriff FB page?
Dude! I'm going to go to the home layout first...I'm a Realtor and for the life of me I can't grasp the interior layout of this home mainly due to the "odd" location of that darn china cabinet in videos. Looking at the front elevation, I would put the living room to the left of the front door...
Hopefully something new! But we have to wait a WEEK....
Fitzgerald will be holding a press conference Tuesday January 15 at 10 a.m. The 15th is three months to the day since Closs went missing.
Barron County Sheriff announces press conference giving update on Closs case
*Edit "but we have to wait"
I'm sure LE knows more than they are sharing and I personally don't want them to share anything that would harm the case or Jayme's (hopeful) return. BUT I am hoping LE will at least debunk some of the rumors. The pot is boiling on SM and there are a lot of people/groups/families being socially...
Just posted on Barron County Sheriff's Department FB Page:
As we approach the holiday's I want to remind everyone that we continue to follow up on tips and work on this case. As families get to together over the next week we ask that you continue to look for behavior or routine changes in...
The "gunky drippy" stuff looks like something was thrown at the top of the door, dripped down and never cleaned up. My first thought is that it was "egged" ?? JMO.
Not birds (no nest above) and doubt a bad stain job since the door has clearly not been maintained. What else could get thrown at a...
Police say kidnapped Wisconsin teen and her parents' killer was in house for FOUR minutes | Daily Mail Online
The killer was in the Closs home for only four minutes during which they stepped just five feet into the open plan house, shot James and Denise and took Jayme.
I think LE, long ago...
Happening now in S.C. - may or may not be related:
"The York County Sheriff's Office said it was helping serve warrants on suspects wanted out of Wisconsin who barricaded themselves in a mobile home."

edit - South Carolina not North C.
I am of the opinion that Jayme was told to RUN when everything went down and she was caught outside. The easiest/quickest way for the perp(s) to contain the situation at that point would be to put her in the car and GO. I do not believe she was the intended target. IMO
I still believe this was random and the Closs family just happened to be home. I don't think anyone was the intended target. 12:30 am on a Sunday - pretty sure my family is in bed even if someone is working the night shift - no worries, they will come in and lock up. We do it all the time. BUT...
I'm in the MN suburbs, just outside of Minneapolis, and I along w/ a lot of my neighbors don't lock our doors. Nor do I have a key to ANY of my doors. If I came home, saw an odd vehicle in my driveway, 1st door available to me is the front door. If they had locked it, sure as heck I would kick...
