The underlined statement is not actually correct. By definition a Burglary is entering a property illegally with intent of committing a crime. Theft is not a prerequisite for being a Burglary.

This is my belief. This is the act of a jealous woman. One that believes Missy is cheating with her man or this is a woman that has been cheating with/or wants Missy's husband. Either way this was just a murder to eliminate her from the picture. IMO.

One other point is if the suspect is wearing these type of coats shown I highly doubt you would see any kind of back lighting from a cell phone in his back pocket.

That isn't a phone reflecting in his/hers back pocket. If you watch the video closely as he/she is walking away you can see that it is just a fold/crease in his jacket reflecting bright white like other parts of his jacket.

Unless the UNSUB knows the people personally I'm unsure how anyone can say he was targeting gay people. There isn't a gays only bus that the victims got off of. IMO unless he knows them personally, I think it is merely coincidence that 2 of the victims happened to be gay.

True, but try this for me. Put your phone in your right pocket with the screen facing away from your leg. If you pull it straight up and out then your looking at the back of the phone and you would have to flip it in a similar manner shown. Try it and look at your hand motion while you do it.
