Jodi Arias Guilty, Murder 1: A Psychiatric Analysis
www.psychologytoday.com
Arias is guilty of murder 1. Can a psychiatric diagnosis explain why she did it?
On HLN last night there was a news flash across the bottom of the screen that said something about a secret journal in JA's jail cell being confiscated. I can't find any news about that online. Did anyone else see that or know anything about it?
AZLawyer answered the question about JA's computer hard drive being admissable in court a little while ago on the legal questions forum:

Just ran across this, and I'm not sure if it's been posted here already so I apologize in advance if it has...this is a link to Matt McCartney's myspace photo and he lists his occupation as "ninja"!:what:

I was also reading some...
It's hilarious! Here's a link:

Sorry...editing to say this isn't the one mentioned above, but it's still a great Jodi parody!
The Jodi Arias is Innocent site has been listed on Ripoffreport.com because of complaints. It is run by a person from Pakistan who is only trying to make money off of this by creating a website and asking for money to support the defendant. This person did the same thing during the CA trial...
ABC will no longer pay for interviews through license fees, etc. This article says that "ABC got a black eye after paying Casey Anthony $200,000 for photos in 2008". I'm sure the other networks will follow. Bad timing for JB, who is said to be currently negotiating for a network interview...
Here's the link to the video where she says this. It's the very first jailhouse visit after she is arrested the first time. Casey says it at right about 00.50:

Yeah, I'm sure it's theirs. The Security Camera and Grab 'N Go 3 Day Emergency Kit are dead giveaways (scroll to bottom of registry list to see)! So it seems their wedding is Oct 1.
You said so well what I was going to post..glad I read through all the responses so I didn't repeat it. I strongly believe George was part of helping the defense as much as Cindy and Lee were, just in a sneakier way. He did a heck of a job doing it, too.
If there is an appeal trial, is it possible that KC could get an even harsher conviction/sentence than the first trial (assuming she gets less than first degree this time)? In other words, is there actually a risk of pursuing an appeal?
Maybe one day ICA will write a book called "If I Did It", along the lines of what OJ wrote. I'd love to read that one!
Also, maybe Casey did leave early that morning with Caylee, but then returned after the coast was clear. What if George really wasn't home that morning? What if he left...
ITA. Soon her current defense team, who has become her "family", will no longer be visiting her, and all she will have will be letters from her fan club freaks.
1) Casey's comment at the beginning of an early jailhouse tape, before her parents even sat down: "Don't worry, I haven't told them anything" (or something like that).
2) Lee's comment to Casey during a jailhouse visit: "Is this like the last time"?
3) Lee's memorial speech during...
Doesn't Casey have a seizure disorder? Wouldn't that be dramatic if the verdict illicited a seizure? I almost thought she was going to have one today when she stood there with her head down, before being taken back to jail.
Personally, I think that part of the reason for ICA having a security guard directly behind her the past few days is in preparation for when the verdict is read, "just in case". I wouldn't be surprised if someone from the DT requested it.
Remember, they almost divorced several years ago after George ran up his credit cards and depleted Cindy's retirement account from his online gambling. Cindy found out then from her lawyer that if they divorced, George would get half of everything and Cindy would have to give him alimony since...
