If there was an explanation of why she left it had to of been a damn good reason and one to which we are not privy to. There is more to this story. I smell a rat but the question is Who is the rat??

Right BillNH. And I am guessing if the letter was from Abby that the tone was angry. And that is why we do not get to see it.

Mamajojo, I agree it could be either tone negative or positive. If it were positive why are we not privy to what was in the letter. I could understand not knowing if it were in anyway casting a bad light on either parent.

I don't know where your from cheese, but we, here in New England say"Do not use "that" tone with me." And believe me, it is not said in a positive "tone." Just putting in my two cents here.

Maybe by tone they mean attitude? Parents will say to a child, "Do not use that tone with me." Tone to me describes a negative attitude not a positive one. JMO

I don't get what you mean by "much more well groomed," In the photo from the school video you can hardly make Abby out to see how much makeup she had on. Are there other photos out there?

It would of been good if Abby's Mom named the "busy place." Why is everything such a mystery with this case??

According to JC. JC (son) couldnt get off of the bus as it was the rule. But, what I would like to know is WHY would JC (son) ask to get off the bus. I think JC said that JC (son) didnt want Abby to walk home alone. Did JC (son) always walk Abby home or was he concerned for some reason on...

My opinion is it has gotten quiet here because most people think she ran away. I also think some feel that LE gave us nothing so the hell with them.JMO

The mother wrote a letter and so did the dad. Wonder why the sister didn't.

If a girl was so upset at family members that she decided to run off, why even bother to write a letter at all? Especially if she didn't want to be found?

If someone has Abby that cares about her she may not need money. Why do people assume she needs money?

I believe law enforcement stated that the contents wouldn't be devulged as it would hinder the investigation, not because it was private.

I think a lot of us would like to see for ourselves if the letter is boring or mundane? I like my name , not the song hehe. I would also like to see if the postmark is boring or mundane also.
