GUILTY UT - Michele MacNeill, 50, found dead in bathtub, Pleasant Grove, 11 April 2007 - #4

For all the HLN watchers, I have a tip that you may or may not like. I record the HLN shows starting at 11 Central Standard Time, and don't start watching for at least an hour - sometimes more. Then I can scan through the commercials. Of course I check here in the meantime. I don't mind that...

GUILTY UT - Michele MacNeill, 50, found dead in bathtub, Pleasant Grove, 11 April 2007 - #4

Odd. Noelle is Sabrina's friend on Facebook. It's possible Sabrina hasn't seen her in a long time. Also possible she never formally met her as "Noelle." HLN didn't have the full coverage of Sabrina's testimony, so it either wasn't televised or I missed that. I also thought I read Giselle...

GUILTY UT - Michele MacNeill, 50, found dead in bathtub, Pleasant Grove, 11 April 2007 - #4

From what I've gathered from reading all the posts and checking Facebooks of the sisters, Giselle is now Noelle. Changed her name. I would think it had something to do with her identity being stolen.

2011.07.22-25 HLN & FOX (Weekend) News Coverage - Caylee Anthony

Johnnie Cochran was intelligent, witty, articulate, and had earned his reputation as a successful defense attorney. Jose is dull, inarticulate, bumbling, etc. He has no business being a legal analyst. IMO

For those who agree with the verdict...help me understand.

It's just hard for us to get into the minds of the jurors and what they heard. We know so much, so we can't be objective. I can't fathom that the jury didn't get the logic of the prosecution. But they didn't. There's no way that out of 12 jurors, there wouldn't have been heated debate...

2011.06.27 Sidebar Thread (Trial Day Twenty-nine)

I've been meaning to comment on this for a long time. The Anthonys loved their pets. Cindy updated Casey on the status of the dogs and cats in her letters. It's nonsense that they would have allowed Casey to bury any pets at a "dump site." Even a goldfish.

Does JB Believe the Story he is Telling? *MERGED*

I do not think Jose has logical thinking ability. Great attorneys are able to weave a tale that at least has believability, in some way. He lacks the oratory skills of say a Mark Geragos. He also lacks likability. He comes across very amateurish. I don't think he'll be viewed as a great...

    Mommie Dearest?

From all I've observed, Caylee was a very well behaved little girl. Not needing much disciplining. I can state from having raised a son that he definitely went through the terrible twos, and was unpleasant to be around to my childless friends. Casey was very lucky to have such a happy...

Have we ever heard an explanation for why the trash bag was in her trunk? I think this is indeed important.

Motion In Limine To Exclude Mental Health Experts

me too. There is definitely conflicting evidence about this. I shouldn't have been so adamant. I remember her former boss stating that she never returned to work, but he might have been mistaken. I'll be more careful in the future.

Motion In Limine To Exclude Mental Health Experts

from transcript from her former boss http://www.acandyrose.com/caylee_anthony_transcript_M_Kozak073008.htm MK: Then uh, (sighs), Let's see, as I recall she got pregnant and then uhm, I'm assuming, I mean I've had ladies that were pregnant working with me before. And I assumed that she got...

Nope, she didn't go back to work.

Motion In Limine To Exclude Mental Health Experts

This may not be the appropriate thread. And I'm just thinking that Cindy was being idealistic. Casey would return to work. They'd have a good babysitter. Heck, George wasn't working so he could have watched Caylee while Casey was working 9-5, or whatever. Cindy knew she wasn't an Event...

Motion In Limine To Exclude Mental Health Experts

Casey was working when she was pregnant, and had health insurance. Universal even moved her to do filing in HR because of it, instead of her being outside taking photos, if I remember correctly. She HAD a job to return to, but didn't show up to sign paperwork when her employer changed hands...

    Mexico Mexico - David Hartley, 30, Lake Falcon, 30 Sept 2010 #1

I've been reading about this all week, and I've yet to read what kind of work the Hartleys were doing in Mexico. Anyone care to respond? And I apologize if I missed it at the beginning.

Peru - Stephany Flores, 21, murdered in Lima hotel room, 30 May 2010 #12

I was just going to comment on this same thing. I believe he even had a soccer scholarship at the FL college. He was also a competitive tennis player, and a good student. So I'm not sure where this brain damage, uncoordinated stuff is coming from. He had everything going for him and blew it!

    KS - Patricia Kimmi, 58, Horton, 6 Nov 2009 - #3

Well I feel stupid too, because I don't think the farm is in their name, thus not a homestead. But I read that ReH has a house in her name, didn't I?
