Any opinions on how the SA will be during cross? I personally think they are going to be soft w/ RK, kind of show the jury how tense the DT direct was. IMO.

Its frustrating that the DT is always complaining that the SA aren't letting witnesses finish answering but they interupt all the time!! CM is the worst one with that!

I apologize if this has been asked before, but has the judge worked with CM before on a trial? Maybe thats why he doesn't "scold" him if you will, maybe he knows its not worth it with a CM's type of personality. ( I know my mom was like that with my brother, wasn't worth arguing with him, so...

I've always wondered that if ICA was hiding her pregnancy, what was she going to do just come home and say "surprise, I had a baby!" and everything be fine? It just baffles me. But I am sure I'm not the only one baffled with these people lol.
