I wish they would interview you on InSessions regarding the facts of the case- the presenters there don't know much about the case and make so many errors you have to wonder if they are genuine since they are always pro defense. Cheney Mason makes a huge statement and they don't even follow up on it!

Thank you! I think any one of us could tear them up if we had a chance to pose the questions. Mr. Sheaffer or Mr. Hornsby would take them to school like nobody's business. It is disappointing when you see softball questions and no follow up on nonsense show boating answers. JVM is on right now bouncing off the walls about just that very thing relating to Tiger's interview. Not one person asked him anything about the s word, sex. LOL!
It's a defense commercial otherwise. If anyone taped that interview on In Session, please post it.

My gosh I tuned in late to trutv and even I've heard all that JB just said a second time now! What does he not get about "the defense never went and looked at the records"! He keeps saying I can't depose TM until I've got all the facts from the documents BUT HE WON'T GO LOOK AT THE DOCUMENTS!! I am beginning to think JB rode on the short bus.

Tm said on Ng that it would be a cold day in **** before he would let the defense see any records. So I respectfully disagree. This is an all out war. They are not going to be reasonable. They may have to go to Texas, afterall thats where Le found Lb's records. Talk about a coincidence. This is not a law suit, this is a capital case and the truth needs to prevail here. The Judge can decide to hold the truth at bay here if he chooses, but it would only result in an appeal later on. Three cheers for the truth, lets get everything out on the table so we can all move on. IMO

On InSession, they stated LB was never even an "official" Suburban searcher when she said she was. She was scheduled to search JBP that day and decided to take it upon herself to go over to Suburban, alone. She later told CA & GA that she searched there and found no body.

So, if they are going to accuse the SA of "hiding" witnesses and demand all the searchers personal records, they have no right to use LB's statement that she searched and found no body if there is no official record of that. Her running to C & G is not "official"

If you have never read it yet, check out what Joe Jordan testified to under oath, ( transcript # 2), good stuff! Your story brings to mind the mysterious Laura Buchanan,
she claimed to have searched with Joe Jordan, and he has no idea whatsoever who she is, says she told him she is a KY LEO. She filled out forms saying he searched with her at Blanchard Park, where he is adamant he did not search!! She was working with the defense and asked Mort to call Mr. Jordan. WTH?

I found that Laura Buchanan is a friend of Cindy and George. She posted a message to Caylee publicly back in October of 2008 wherein she gushes about them and how much they love Caylee. It is www.respectance.com/CayleeAnthony/index/236 on page two. Now I will look into if she has or is in LE in Kentucky. IF she did present herself as that and she is not, that is a crime. Her criminal background check , like Ms. Kerley's, will be published I am sure now that folks know she is a friend of the Anthonys of course everyone will look into everything about her veracity. Of course it is no crime to be friends with the Anthonys , but it does bring into focus potential motives for her working with the defense. One always has to consider the source, especially in a case like this that brings out the Wrays , et al ,that are how shall I say this politely, troubled.

What are the Penalties for Impersonating a Police Officer?
Depending on state law, impersonating a police officer may be considered either a felony or a misdemeanor. Punishments for impersonating a police officer include:

* Probation
* Permanent criminal record

It is in Mr. Jordan's statement, in transcript two that she told him she was KY LE. Maybe she is, but if she is not...this will not bode well for her to be considered a reliable witness, at all! Whether she committed a crime by doing so, I suppose depends on what lengths she went to presenting herself as a LEO. I am not looking to have her charged, but if she lied, that is important. The best predictor if someone is lying about other matters is if you have caught them lying already.
Moreover, this is so easily disproved that it would seem to indicate more character weakness and emotional immaturity for one to present themselves as a law enforcement officer. Denis of the KFN, for example, is a prime example of this type of deception. Birds of a feather rather flock together, so being a friend of Cindy's it will not shock me in the least to learn it is true that she lied about this and everything else.

The more the defense jumps up and down about wanting TES records, when we know they do not really, the more bad facts come out from the TES records. If this lady lied or falsified documents in any manner regarding TES, this is a nightmare for the defense. Rut row. Will the good guys in this case please stand up?

I am looking forward to the hearing on Monday! I stand with Mr. Miller, and I believe that he is, has and will tell the truth and the truth will prevail for Caylee!!! Shame on anyone who lied in this case.


My posts are just my opinion, it could turn out that she was being honest or she was honestly mistaken. I am only saying we now know she is a friend of the Anthonys and we need to look at that closely before we take her statements at face value.

I was under the impression the the bald guy that sits next to Cindy is a producer or something with ABC. I could be wrong, though.

And I cannot believe after his ranting about MN having press conferences, what is the first thing Baez does? Runs to the media! He is SUCH a freaking joke! Why is CM allowing this crap to continue? CM is surely going to be arm in arm with Casey's corpse as he leaves the courtroom at the rate he's going. Is he that big of an egomaniac that he can let the hijinks continue and then press the big red PLEA button and save the day? I just cannot comprehend this defense team AT ALL!

Hmm - I may be mistaken - but didn't TM and MNJ say they would not release the 4000 searchers names and personal ID as PUBLIC documents under the Sunshine Law, but that information has been available to J.Baez for over a year at MNJ's office? That the searchers personal information should not be made available to every Tom Dick and Harry who may want to start harrassing them? And the information has been available to the Court, meaning Judge, Defense and SA for over a year?

I certainly got the impression that Strickland is really starting to feel this. He seemed very agitated and seemed to be hanging on dearly to patience. I also noticed that at times he was continually rocking back and forth in chair while Baez droned on.....don't recall him ever doing that before. He almost appeared to have a constant frown on his face...

To my mind they have all been "Defense commercials" even these motions are Defense commercials and propaganda IMO. The Defense fought any gag order and while there has been press that has hurt them they are propagating their propaganda and I am sure that if you poll samples of the future Jury pool each time, more will say they are confused and some will sympathize with the Defense situ. They are leveling that playing field that was so anti-KC and confident of her guilt.

The Defense are trying to present a 'fictitious' insurmountable obstacle they face in access to witnesses and access to info to investigate and defend. They are creating the 'perception' with these repeated motions, not the reality. JS needs to favor them since it is a DP case and he does not want to afford them appeals.

I always remember the rumors behind the founding of the Defense with regard to some media expert who had a strategy of, no matter whether the news is bad or good ... to get out there first and spin it.

The media were originally a lot harder on the Defense but today they do afford the Defense a platform for their propaganda and do not press them hard on it. KB was the sole voice but others want exclusive access so sell out to get that access and favors.

Maybe JB should put an ad in the papers requesting anyone who searched Suburban Drive before the rains came to contact him. He would probably get a lot of responses. He would also have a large group of suspects brought right to his doorstep.

LOL, I had to leave my computer for a while to do some constructive work. I was thinking the same thing. Our local, yet national paper, often has in the legal sections, posts from investigators or atty firms asking for witnesses to contact them. All JB would need is a name to give to MN to compare with the file list of forms he has, verify its legitimacy and then JB would have it to investigate to his hearts content or money runs out.

Sheeze JB loves to make a mountain out of a mole hill and still falls into the rabbits hole he dug long ago instead.

Wonder if JB knew KC was "rooting" through his legal folder while they were in camera with Judge Strickland? I noticed KC was specific about how she put the folder back and flipped over the legal pad to the way she found it before she picked it up. Still trying to fool us, huh KC???????

I volunteered with TES on three different days. While I am waiting for JS's ruling on this motion, I am practicing hanging up my phone very loudly - just in case JB gets his way and all the documents are released to the defense. I was looking to see if a thread was started yet on Joseph Jordan part in the search for Caylee, and did not find one. I will post this here since his name was mentioned at today's hearing and he was a no-show for the defense. I really wonder why he was a no-show?
In this Old article about Joseph Jordan, sounds to me that he may of been in contact with the Anthony's as well. He claims he was doing an independent search, now it is said he was a TES volunteer. So, it could be he searched near the area before he became a volunteer for TES. I remember other about him, but will wait to post when I have back up links.

Jordan began looking for information online and quickly found others who also were eager to volunteer for an independent search, but law enforcement experts question how much amateurs really help and point out that, in some cases, they can even do harm.

Using message boards on the Web sites Websleuths.com and Sacredmonkeys.com, Jordan found those fellow amateurs.

"I've been going out every day after work and we do a big group thing on the weekends," Jordan said. "The [Orange County] Sheriff's office has been phenomenal. They've been very responsive to our calls."

That, or the storms and rain could of moved Caylee's remains. Casey could of dumped her off in the area and with the storms the body/remains moved and ended up around 15 feet from the sidewalk. God works in mysterious ways I say.
