I've been wondering if CM is just fading himself out of this trial. He sure doesn't look happy to be there as of late.

He said on the witness stand the other day, he is NOT working

From my perspective, as someone who doesn't know all about LA and the happenings between 12/08 and the beginning of this trial: He doesn't seem like he is holding back or being dishonest about not recalling everything that was said, etc. It doesn't raise any "flags" that he needs to refresh his memory from that time. IOW, if I was sitting on the jury he would be both credible and sympathetic.

I remember mention of printed instructions, but don't recall hearing that the family ever saw them... thought they were lost of something.

I'm wondering if the computer experts found something that will prove she was the author. Anyone know?

There would not be the chance of a plea deal at this late stage would there??

ICA can shut this down and plea at any time, I believe. The state would have to AGREE to accept it, though.
By this point, they may just wanna fry her.
