THEY GOT HIM!!!!! Swat Team on Jarvis with ski masks, guns, media....they got him!!!!! My family could not get to house...Detective had to escort him because it's all closed down around the Sievers home. PARTY ON JARVIS!!! Hope that the girls have gone with family...FIRST.

So glad this day has come!!!! Finally the children are AWAY from those murderous hands and psychopathic mind!!!!! Great job LE.

LE also needs to be applauded for getting the children out unharmed WHILE arresting MS who had the children in his presence. Think Josh Powell. No wonder the SWAT approach. There could have been any number of scenarios that played out. But the best happened, MS arrested and the children 'got out' safely.

Forgive me, but why wouldn't they be? Was there a standoff or something?
Surely when they went to arrest him there would have been someone to take the girls out before things
went down wouldn't they? Social services or a member of the LE. Just saying. That is usually the way something
like this would go down.

Um.... Mark did "good" getting Hollander, didn't he? Regardless, Hollander had a of a client that I doubt The Dream Team could get off.
Still shocking after all of these months. We knew it but still shocking. To me anyway.
My heart, love and prayers go out to all of those personally affected by this tragedy. Teresa's family, friends, patients and colleagues as well as Mark's mom and whoever else in his life loves him.
Mainly, for his girls.
I have a close family member who was in a like position 30 years ago. I am happy to say she is well adjusted with a loving family of her own now. There is much hope for these girls and given the proper counseling and love, this horrid event have to define them for the rest of their lives.
God be with them tonight.

I'm sure SMS and LE did not let his lawyer, Hollander know about his arrest to protect his beautiful daughters from a possible "reaction" from MS. It's always best to be VERY cautious when dealing with someone who has ice through their veins. I for one, while praying for them daily feel assured that TS's genes are dominant and they will land on their feet. God is good and I'm not overly religious but I do believe in good. ❤️

No offence to anyone he knows, sure they are upstanding people.

But how are Mark's friends going to spin it for the girls?

I would imagine the arrest was very carefully choreographed with an eye toward accomplishing it safely and with as little trauma to the girls as possible.It is hard to express how very impressed I am with the the Sheriff and his department and how they have worked this case. This is a good day. One step closer to Justice for Teresa and her loved ones.

Yes you have, as has Amazon Rain and other VI's. Huge thanks to you all. Peace on Jarvis for your family, and the other neighbours, at last. An answer as to why the choppers you reported had been circling as we learn CWW came to the deal a week ago today.

Sheriff's an incredible human being, very real. The girls' interests were obviously of huge concern to him. Thank heavens they're now safe, in the proper sense of the word. They'll be so bewildered, bless their little hearts. Speed them on to family who will love and care for them, and try to fix their broken little lives.

To Amazon Rain and our other VI's, I hope you can rest a little easier tonight. To Kate B, Beach, NIN, AZL, CSkills and all others who've put in so much, including all you sleuthers, thank you so much. And I guess we've only just begun. RIP Teresa Sievers. :heartbeat:

This is a sad outcome. They gave the plea deal to the wrong one. I hope MS is equally in a mood to talk once the dust settles and continues the rolling. Otherwise, SMS just gave one of the most evil psychpaths in America a path to eventual freedom.

Probably the only way they could charge Mark without it just being circumstantial.
