How do you knwo she is being held on a mental health hold??? If so then why are they giving her a bond hearing??? I am curious and want to learn more about the process.

Here in MN they can only hold you for 72 hours and then after that you can leave and that is usually in hospital.

7-17-08 The judge ordered her to have a mental health screening for Baker Act criteria. Now that she's held on no bond, prosecutors say that gives them a 33-day window to file formal charges and then Anthony could ask for bond again.

I know that what I would do & I know my mother would do the same to me. She would be begging the investigators for tiem with me in a room....trust me.....

There are some similarities I see in GM to 1 of my sisters, she is an extremely controling woman who ruled her husband and kids like a drill sargent. Kids are grown now and bot have productive lives away from her control, in fact her daughter is now all the way across the country.
I'm hoping the police have gotten her husband away to talk to him seperatly, they very well could get some better insight if he was able to open up away from her, he might be holding something back if she's always with him.

Wishful thinking here, but couldn't they just give the mother a shot of sodium pentathol?
