I haven’t been able to keep up with the posts for several days so I apologize if this has been discussed already.

Something I wondered early on and I think MH2 answered it here when he said in the bodycam video that the girls’ texts to their mom were not being “delivered” since the morning. The texts were “not going through” since Suzanne’s phone was likely inoperable. It sounds to me like the texts were getting flagged as “not delivered”. My point is that it was not just a matter of Suzanne not responding to texts, but that the texts were getting flagged as not delivered. Would this be the case if Suzanne’s phone was disabled? Would the texts be flagged on the sender’s phone as not delivered? Due to the poor cell service at PP I wonder how common of an occurrence this was. The girls being concerned about this leads me to believe that it was not a super common occurrence. I am interested to hear the details of conversations between BM, MM1 and MM2 on Sunday, I hope we get more information on this at the trial.

IMO

That's a really good point!

A quick Google search for "undelivered text messages" leads me to believe it's a very different situation than poor cell service.

Those of you with iPhones, do you get "pending" notifications, say if a text is floating in the ether?

If the most likely cause of an "undelivered" text message results from attempting to send a text to an invalid phone number, does that mean suddenly Suzanne had an invalid phone number? Would that occur for a phone with a removed SIM card?

Last check, lions can't do that.

Is there a simple explanation?

It won't be the first time I need educating!

I know on Whatsapp you get 2 ticks, for when the message is delivered and then actually displayed. If the phone was off then it is not possible to deliver the message and the app waits to deliver it IIRC

I presume IoS message app is similar? (I don't use it).

Or were they actual SMS?

who get to decide what is exculpatory? IMO allowing either the prosecution or LE to decide if evidence is exculpatory, would lead to lots of things never being disclosed to the defense.
The jury decides.
Evidence may not be withheld. Defense also has to be formally informed of police witness behavior like Cahill's.
The jury is the "tryer of facts."

If the recipient's phone is off, iMessage will not say delivered to the sender until the phone is powered back on.

I guess it all depends upon what you definition of love is
Barry may feel something he identifies as love towards his daughters
IMO his love is very transactional
Based upon what others can offer him
All take and not much give

He likes the image of a perfect family
Suzanne pretty much cultivated and maintained that image for him
And when she no longer wanted to enable his behavior and play pretend
He killed her
So there’s that

The girls have stepped into Suzanne’s role
His perfect daughters now lovingly escorting their father to court
Doting on him and holding his hand
Is that appropriate
Does a loving father think of what is best for his girls
Or what is best for him

For Barry, his needs seem to be always front and center

So, IMO, if Barry loves his daughters, it is a very warped one sided type of “love”

Would it be possible, that the helmet is rather a white helmet for construction workers/landscapers, IF it is in his bag? Do we have seen pics of MG or BM at work? BM at the Broomfield wall had to be recognized as the boss/foreman of an officially crew, I imagine. Helmets are usual within this sort of business.

That is what I think as well - it's a hard hat. Especially in light of where we know the helmet ended up, as well as when the telematics indicate he might have dropped it, well before this point in the day. I also think those are grocery bags, not pillowcases because they appear to be translucent to me, I don't think a pillowcase would show as much detail.

My husband has three daughters. If they acted like this towards him I believe he would be disgusted. That's so not normal daughter father interaction. moo being the mother of said three daughters.
Added to them not thinking he killed their mother, is the fact that she betrayed him by this affair.

That's the way I'm thinking too.

I'm not convinced BM used the trailer to move her body but I think it's possible that at some time after he touch her dead body, he had something to do with the trailer OR he rested her body on the trailer after she died.

The bobcat not moving is the missing piece for me; however, I'm starting to think BM pulled a switcheroo with that other machine's SIM card which is why it didn't register. Let's assume the bobcat was in fact used in some way since those dogs hit it--did we ever figure out whether the "footprint" in the front of the bobcat was legit? I'm picturing a situation where he puts her body on the trailer, covering it with gravel to keep it hidden while he moves it somewhere. Then, he uses the bobcat again to remove the gravel/dirt, touching her bare foot and forming a footprint inside the loader in the process. And also getting cadaverine inside it which the dogs alerted to. We know that BM has a habit of putting his hands in his pockets and I bet he wipes his hands on the back of his pants too. So he touches her, wipes his hands on the back or puts hands in pockets and then proceeds to sit on the seat of the Bobcat, thereby transferring scent there as well.

Three different dogs that were run separately and all three alerted to those spots. Bobcat GPS be darned, I'm going with the dogs.

I don’t know, do you really think Barry is out there switching SIMs? He seems pretty basic to me. Yes, he was smart enough to leave no trace, but he was also dumb enough to forget to keep trying to contact his wife on Mother’s Day, and dumb enough to think he didn’t need a lawyer. I think Suzanne may have been missed in all of the searches. Lots of land to cover.

I am trying to dumb this down for myself. I am not holding LE in such high regard to believe that they are completely perfect. I cringed when I watched the officers with the bike handling, and again with asking the possible suspect to get them a plastic! bag for Suzanne’s clothing. Heck I cringed when they let Barry in PP at all for any reason. And take your shoes off Barry. I think I need to just go back to the AA (yes, ridiculously long but contains what is needed), and pull what Barry stated, vs the facts that are known. Less noise.

In the bodycam video, I can't make it out. Anybody know what the white thing on the Morphew front door says?
