So in other words you have no evidence and are just making your allegations up? Glad we got that cleared up.

If you are right Natal, if this is the same guy caught for being a sexual deviant. and I am not feeling up to researching this, right now. then Maybe KBL is also right when saying that CCC needs Euthanasia. How would that even be possible that a perp is running a LE division :waitasec:

Sheriff Warren Rupf is about to retire, he's not the Chief of Police for Antioch.
There is however, a former Prosecutor- Michael Gressett, who is currently charged with sexual abuse of a fellow employee...

She was talking about the head of CCC LE, which is Sheriff Rupf.

anythings possible in that area.
its a haven for pedophiles, drug dealers and serial killers.....so it would fit that there are some in the police force or da's office

YES you are right it is the same county that the 15 year old was gang raped right outside of her school and people just looked and did not report it for hours. YAP ANYTHING is possible at CCC :waitasec:

But some think we need to trust the system to do a good job for JC the system that failed her for 18 years :waitasec:

AFAIK, but check with my2sisters, the Sheriff's Department patrols unincorporated parts of Antioch, and Contra Costa County. The cities of Antioch, Concord, Martinez, Richmond, etc. all have their own PD's. Now, in the case of Dublin, we contract our LE services from the Sheriff's Department of Alameda County, but they are labeled Dublin PD.

Agree 100% with Tizzle on this one. In fact, even if PG hadn't contacted Katie, I may be mistaken here, but I don't think he was even supposed to be anywhere near Tahoe. I believe he was "supposed" to be confined to a certain mile radius just like he was "supposed" to be when he was under the CA Parole Office.

Antwine, quite simply, didn't do a good job of monitoring his parolee. And it sounds to me as if he didn't take Katie's information nearly as seriously as he should of, thus Garrido was able to get away with an even more heinous crime in an area he wasn't even supposed to be in.
 
Hmmm...."Jaycee stated that she has been living in the city of Antioch for the last eighteen years with Garrido and other families" (PG00017). What does he mean by that, or is he just referring to other family members in the household?

The report looks like it was typed in a hurry, many of the sentences are written in a sort of shorthand, especially towards the end of the report. Another odd thing, the first page is typed in normal text, but subsequent pages are capitalized. Were they typed at a different time?

One observation, if that report is accurate, is that PG clearly cracked and then confessed. The critical point appears to be during the interview with Sgt. Hampton when he admited that the girls were his, and after that he told the truth. I wonder why he wanted Jaycee there when he confessed though, that seems a little bizarre.
 
Another observation...he was failing some drug tests as a result of being on a prescription for some unnamed condition. On PG00100 he implies that it was for some "bi-chemical" problem that was diagnosed while of federal parole. "Bi-chemical" would be bi-polar perhaps? That might explain his transformation into a "family man" which appeared to have started towards the end of the federal parole period. It is interesting that the letter on PG00100 is relatively lucid, but then when you look at the letter he wrote to the PO more recently about starting his church the style is much less cohesive.

So his psycological state would be initially uncontrolled (leading to Jaycee's abduction and the initial stages of captivity), followed by medication which made him more normal leading into the "family" phase. Then later he starts to lose his mind and all the crazy religous stuff starts. Did he go off his medication and then fall apart, becoming obsessed with god?
 
Santos wrote a more detailed report in September (the first part of this pdf). Some of the details are different from what he wrote in the parole report sheets though (for example, the interviewing seargent's name changes, among other things). This seems to be the source material for Shaw's report.

One snippet we didnt know before: on page PG00056 Garrido was asked if Jaycee knew where her parents were (this was after he confessed) and he replied that they were in LA, so he must have know that they had gone back there.

I wondered about his medical condition as well. IIRC, he mentioned having ADD in his manifesto, so he may have been on medication for that.

Perhaps PG was keeping tabs on Jaycee's family, and perhaps even Jaycee was aware of their whereabouts. She had access to the Internet, so that wouldn't surprise me. Shawn Hornbeck visited his parents' website, after all. It's also possible that PG took a wild guess and guessed somewhat correctly. It's hard to say for sure either way, but I definitely found that interesting.

I hope this SOB drops dead only after he has been tortured like JC has.
