Actually at least 2 and possibly 3 American surveillance drones did fly into "there" while JA was sleeping and never came out.

CIA is trying to figure where they went after entering "there". It might have something to do with the mysterious Florida "sink hole".
 
What ever happened with the theft of the defense abuse expert's computer? Wonder if the thieves also stole a DVD player and $30 bucks.

she is definetely more comfortable with her attorneys line of questioning. asking her about coming over to get her s/s card she never mentions it was at 11pm, strange time to look for it..

why would TA give her the "green light" before coming over if he was making out with another girl that night and likely knew JA was a jealous, controlling cuckoo?? THAT right there is a screaming lie.. did she mention that before in testimony of her window peeping incident that he told her that night to come over to pick up her SS card? I don't recall it.

Ahhh well now it's about STDs. He owed explanations to her so that she would know she was safe from STDs. She's justafied dontcha know.

Here's an idea...if she was so concerned about STDs then she could have a)abstained b) no glove, no love

Until the last word of closing arguments, it's premature to say he "missed" anything.

Maybe he'll have a chart of all her lies side by side.
Maybe he'll bring up every lie she ever told.

Maybe he'll take it down to the bare minimum and ask how multiple stab wounds to the back are self defense? How was the throat slash self-defense?


I'm waiting (and holding my cough sick cough day) until closing. That's when it should all come together,.

Outside of his habits that remind me of things seen on Lizard Lick Towing or Swamp People, I think that this is just a trial out of his element. He may be DP certified but I just think a diff defense lawyer would have helped out some. I think he should just stick to defending the creepies and stay away from DP trials. Of course Jodi....well it does not matter if she even had Geragos the evidence is so overwhelming.

The grieving widow, grieving the man she never stopped loving, even after his death. *sniffle* the man who put her on a pedastool and made her feel like a goddess. Nobody ever treated her like that. *sniffle*

I was thinking that too. Workmen's Comp. Jodi seems the type of person that would take Workmen's Comp to the nth degree if she injured herself on the job.
