Does anyone have in their saved documents a quick timeline we could throw up on the thread? As to when the bike was discovered ,when they went to Worley's house and when the body was discovered? Thank you.

7/19/2016 20 year old Sierah Joughin is last seen riding her bike by her boyfriend in the evening, around Cty Rd 6 and 120 in Fulton County Ohio. She doesn't come home and is reported missing.
7/19/2016 Sierahs bike is found in a cornfield very close to home around midnight, on County road 6.
7/22/2016 James D. Worley is arrested for the abduction of Sierah Joughin - Fulton county case CRA1600172
7/22/2016 Investigators begin searching the home and property of James D. Worley at 10627 County Road 6 in Delta.
7/22/2016 Search and Seizure warrant is filed
7/23/2016 Investigators find the body of Sierah Joughin buried in a shallow grave, in an area off of County Road 7.
7/26/2016 James D. Worley is charged with the aggravated murder of Sierah Joughin - Fulton county case CRA1600177
7/27/2016 Delta lawyer Amber VanGunten wants to have Worleys DNA tested in connection with Lori Ann HIll
7/27/2016 BCI used fingerprints to identify Sierah Joughin
7/27/2016 T.Luke Jones is assigned to prosecute JDW Fulton county case CRA1600177 (Agg murder) and CRA1600172 (Abduction)
7/28/2016 Search Warrant information is released from the search of Worleys property. It is beyond horrific.
8/2/2016 A spokesperson for the Attorney General’s office said no other remains have been found on Worley’s property but added that the investigation is ongoing.
8/10/2016 Sierah's cause of death has been ruled asphyxiation. She was found gagged, handcuffed and hog tied. No evidence of sexual assault.
8/16/2016 JDW is indicted on 19 counts in relation to the abduction and murder of Sierah Joughin
8/16/2016 Prosecutors will pursue the death penalty for JDW

I cannot get over the heartbreak I feel for Josh and what he went through, as we all at WS know that LE may have considered him a primary suspect. I was reading back over the threads the last two days, and it was heartwarming that once Jashrema was here, we all believed that Josh had nothing to do with it, even with the BOLO for a man on a motorcycle/helmet info... which pretty much described Josh.

:grouphug: as to the WS community rallying around Jashrema and BELIEVING her and not going down the rabbit hole with Josh.

Such a brave good young man. And his videos that were seen yesterday on his motorcycle videoing her when he was driving her partway home... and having the documentation of what she was wearing... bittersweet, and so key to moving the case forward so quickly.

Court is back in session with CBI Crime scene specialist back on the stand.
Judge is giving a warning that this afternoon's testimony will be graphic and members of the gallery need to leave if they are not prepared to hear it.

Possible grave site found, Agent Roberts headed to the area. Decomposing smells identified.

Volunteer group found possible burial site on county road 7, and they were able to smell decomposing remains so she was called. (Same fbi woman on stand)

I am so impressed with this community. It appears that all findings so far were from volunteers, not LE! (This is NOT a slam to LE!, just recognizing community)

Agent is describing pictures of walking to site between the bean and corn fields. Center of burial area a sack/tote was found on top.

Agent says that it is one of the deeper burial sites she's ever found. Shovel marks found, agents do not disturb because they use their hands.

Talking now about recovery site. They found a sack covered. When human remains found, they have to clear the area and dig with hands and shovels before they lift everything out of the dirt (I am typing with tears.... sorry to be so graphic). One her agents was holding her ankles while she was digging as it was about 4 feet deep.

(This is new to me, didn't realize so deep!)

Grave was 4 ft deep, 4 ft in length, 3 ft in width. Agents leveled area, then set up a grid. (Ugh, I am so relieved they are not showing pictures on feed this is hard enough to follow, I'm not going to describe the discovery of her because it's just awful.)

They dug in a grid system that is level to the ground to measure any items in the burial site.

This is making me sick to my stomach. I feel for this lady testifying as well. I know it's part of her job, but how awful.

Autopsy performed on 25th. Agent is describing photos taken at the coroners. Identifying handcuffs with key still in it. Describing items found on her when at coroners. I'm not going to give graphic descriptions: but rope, duct tape, straw material.
