Does anyone else think it's weird that KC tried to make it sound like JG could not be trusted? She really seemed to stress that to her parents during that video visitation. Wasn't it his house that she went to asking for a favor to take a shower on July 1st? She stayed with AH the night before, and that night, why did she need to shower at JG's house? Could there possbly be some evidence there from that visit that KC is afraid someone will discover. Really stuck out to me.

Yes, me too....Look at phone calls & texts to him, June & July.....there were many. I don't know about evidence, but she talked to him quite frequently, & notably on June 16th & thereafter.

IIRC it was July 3rd that KC showed up at JG's to take a shower and yeah it is very strange/suspicious that she went there to shower. JG claims that she didn't look like she needed a shower. Maybe the reason that KC claimed to her family that JG can't be trusted was to raise CA & GA's suspicion's about JG's involvement - God knows it wouldn't take much, they didn't like him to begin with - and of course we now know from CA & GA/LE's interview video's that they both made a point to bring that up to LE - gotta wonder if KC didn't hide something there the day that she took the shower to try to frame JG...?

I think she wanted to steer them away from any information Jesse had. pg 24 of Jesse's interview w/LE the media calls twice....both times Jesse says "under instruction of LE he (Jesse) is not talking to the press".

I just thought of something. In Jesse G's numerous interviews, he insisted over and over that "this" Casey is someone he does not know, she is nothing like the Casey he loved years ago. A completely different person.
And Dante's description of the Casey he knew, in two words, "straight laced".
Okay so then if Casey has recently gone through some drastic personality changes, WHY did everyone report to Yuri at the very beginning of the investigation that Casey is a "habitual liar"?

Nope, but that reminds me. Didn't he court order a mental evaluation at the beginning of this case? I seem to recall the judge making some comment about the findings.
Well, I know she was subject to some sort of mental health evaluation in order to be bailed out. If I remember correctly, JB told the media that Casey would be getting out and did NOT have a history of mental illness. I have looked but can't find it - but I think I am correct.

Well - you could be right. Mental illness and personality disorders are very different. I don't think she has a mental illness...but I think it likely she has a personality disorder....in which case JB's statement would still be correct. And she would probably still be eligible to be bailed out. The findings could have showed a personality disorder. Honestly I would be shocked if they didn't!
I remember the judge saying "the truth and Miss Anthony are strangers." Could that be what you remember?
You know if I did that I'd then likely be :silenced:, or :croc:, or maybe even :slap:,
making me then want to :argue: until I was finally doing this
