This is just another example to Nurmi of why the public and media should not be allowed in the courtroom. And that they shouldn't have been allowed in the first trial. And that the Constitution is wrong and it caused his special snowflake mentally ill client another bout of PTSD. APPEAL!!

It really is ridiculous and should have been stopped long ago.

I don't think Bond was ever the court-appointed investigator. I don't know who was.

Maybe it's just funny to me because I have a twisted sense of humor, but I think it's funny to imagine the gyrations involved in just how to phrase the question for the jurors in this case. It would have to start with something like: "As you were entering or exiting the court or the court room today, did you hear any person make a derogatory comment to one of the people you see in court every day?"

They have to make it so blandly generic you almost don't know what the question is. They can't just ask, "Did you hear a white lady who walks with a cane say something racist to the Hispanic lady who sits behind the defendant and looks like she's ready to do some clubbing?"

Well, she told us she was going to do as much through her LAST PI- remember when he was on Nancy Grace telling how they were already beginning work on the appeals. What a travesty. I too blame the judge for the majority of the fiasco this case has turned into. I have NEVER seen such utter chaos. The dots are pretty close to connect as to how this train ran off the track.

why is everyone locally seemingly shocked that indeed that is what is going on? It seems almost as though they didn't hear her or catch it when she said it the first time. That is what they get paid the big bucks for isn't it? Kidding.

Trust me, I want Jodi Arias to get the death penalty, and I am NO fan or Kirk Nurmi, on his skinniest day. I just want to know what is going on that she said a year and a half ago they could do this, they took her up on it and now everyone is shocked.

Also, in February of 2014 like subjects were argued in pre trial hearings. One may discern that by the clerk's summary of documents filed. Am I to understand the media attorney basically isn't following the case, and only if as and when they get the emergency tweet do they review in haste the document pushed in front of them by their reporter, who has their hand on their hip with a look on their face of DO SOMETHING?

Any stall in this matter is hard on the Alexanders and it seems this one was foretold as clear as the Hebrew prophecies.

Good Morning WS Peeps!
It seems that every day we are continually astounded as to the lengths that this DT will go to keep Jodi from death row. Despite knowing that all of the secret testimony would not fly - he still managed to delay this trial for weeks on end. The rules are the same for everyone . . . . including Miss Special Snowflake Jodi. Get over it Nurmi - she's just your average murderer who deserves no special treatment. IMO

Entered my mind on seeing the new PI stuff - is it the Public Defenders office that pays for mitigation specialists? Could JSS be shrouding someone else under the term 'investigator'? Has MDLR betrayed Arias by her contract not being renewed at the end of the month? All this is just random thinking - brought on by the 'rediculous' secrecy of this trial!
