I'm saying that those 3 persons have stated, in recent days, that they want that money to go to help pay for defense fees.

Now that we know that SM was not in charge of his social media, I have to wonder if Heather knew she wasn't speaking to SM in those PM. It will be interesting to see what those PM's said.

it was said by the solicitor yesterday that both TM and SM agreed that TM had control of his social media or something to that effect...not too smart on TM's part, looks like she painted herself into a corner here...she CANNOT use the argument that someone else took over their sm sites JMO

I find this text so bizarre. He doesn't apologize for cheating, just his choice. What could have been going on at this time for him to send this text? Seems like it is something he would've sent in nov when he was found out or in dec when they did what they did. But February?? I'm thinking TM may have sent it to herself to try to justify something, but what?? And how were things going to get better? Way better?

But, how do we know this? If the payphone call was made earlier in the night, how is it known which payphone they went to? Couldn't they have gone to one off the path? I thought the payphone call was two hours prior to them heading to PTL. It would be reasonable that any pay phone in the area could have been the one they used.

Was it said in court, which pay phone was used or is it being assumed?

Re Sidney running in a Disney marathon... Does anyone know if he actually ran in prior races at Disney (they host them all year long) or was this his first one? I'm asking bc if it was his first race then is it possible Heather's body was ditched on the way there and maybe the race was just used as an alibi to be away from SC. I wonder if Disney archives past results online that allows a person's name to be searched for results.

LE has stated they have followed SM and TM for awhile now...I think they know their exact movements for awhile now and I think it was mentioned they know their movements during the time they were in FL.

I was interested in that payphone BC it is the closest to their home and closest to PTL,.assuming they wanted to do this quickly and not venture far from their home. I think this was a comfortable choice in that case.

Thanks for the information. The allegation that Tammy went to work with Sidney for six months is ridiculous, imo. If his attorney is building a defense based on psychological control, he will need to do better than this one.

IMO

The financial records showed someone was working as a waitress/cook earning up to 15k for the years '11 and '12...so she could have been "going to work with SM" and actually working herself. This wouldn't be something she was proud of so maybe would not have mentioned in her social media correspondences. However, it would not be unusual in his type of business to have someone assist him and she looks like she could be used as a pack mule (someone physically able to haul equipment and supplies).

If what the attorney said was true and there was anyway to prove it (children's testimony or other witnesses to the behaviors) then I can see a case building for SM against TM's influence and abuse taking shape.

I'm sure she sent this to herself, as she took over his fb account and sent herself all the messages she wanted to hear. I also get the feeling she might have been planning "something" to make things "way better" in her world.
It was mentioned she was interested in white magic, and she did post an incantation about a "broom sweeping clean" (white magic spell to remove "bad" things), so maybe she thought if she wrote it, it would come true?

I thought this was weird, too. I was thinking it was worded that way to bolster the open marriage claim. Like, it was okay for him to cheat, he just made a big mistake in who he chose to cheat with.

Of course, I don't buy the open marriage thing--I "knew" her on the disboards and I recall her bragging about her husband being one of the good guys that doesn't cheat.

Some thought it could have been gunshots? Does anyone remember that who can link back to it?

I can't wrap my head around this being planned. If it was, it was planned very poorly... so much stuff laying around that connects them to Heather.

There were a number of calls Heather made that weren't answered right away. If this would planned, you'd think the perp would answer the phone.

I think SM called Heather from a pay phone, not expecting her to call his cell later. The cell call put TM over the edge, and she reacted.

so in 2012 and 2013 they ONLY report around $15,000 in income as waitress/cook, but also in 2013 they report $48,000 for a loan...

I'm thinking the loan was for the truck.

I'm also thinking if they only reported $15,000 for tax purposes, their getting money from the state and fed....

Yes. I hope today that SM realized that TM is not in control of him and his choices. I was told that they did NOT speak to one another at all. That to me is a sign of a shift in the balance.

You may be correct regarding SM and TM not conversing in the court room at the bond hearing...

I am thinking that may have been a "strong " suggestion" by the lawyers and/or the court...

maybe some legal experts can inform us of the protocol in court when two or more suspects are in the same court room during hearings...
