I am curious MsS. are you referring to jockey JR <MODSNIP>? Trainer SA.<MODSNIP>? I would not mind hearing what your conclusion entails? I see no connection but am always open to persuasion
I know it sounds bizarre..and remember it's JMO..but there was something bizarre about that obit that I couldn't let go of. Also, I think that anyone heavily involved with the "ponies" would be quick to decipher something like this. Meaning, they really know the races, the riders, owners etc.
There are 3 dates that really jump out-The date it appeared: June 04/11-1 week before Belmont Stakes
Date of Death: May 19/09 Preakness ran May 17,09
Cancer Operation: November/06 The Breeders Cup, where it just so happened that the favorite "pony" in the Breeders Cup that year happened to be the sire of one of the favorite pony's running in the Belmont Stakes on June/11.
Churchill Downs is the home of the Kentucky Derby and had hosted the Breeders Cup only 3 times from 2000 to 2010 and is known for it's iconic twin towers, plus there was also a horse running that was owned by 2 guys that had the same names. Churchill Downs hosted the Breeders Cup in 2006.
"she followed closely their growing-up achievements" (follows the Kentucky Derby or anything that runs at Churchill down closely or the achievements of the winning jockey).
Also riding in the 2006 & 2011 Kentucky Derby was the first female jockey to make it into the big leagues. That name has similarities to one of the first Bank Managers.
There was an upset at Belmont in 2011, which resulted in huge payouts.
I know it sounds way out there, but an this strange obit published 2 years after the death is out there as well.
IMO, considering that WM may not have been computer savy, this obit may be a pretty sure fire way of getting some inside info out to whoever. Co-incidence?...always a possibility . MOO at all times!
