Bravo! To the juror who asked that question!
JA should NEVER be compared to a soldier or police officer.

He diagnosed her with a personality disorder according to axis guide, but undetermined which .....um...isn't there testing to determine such things? Isn't that what he's there for?

I doubt the defense is paying him $250 an hour (of the states money) to give a diagnosis of sociopathy, anti social personality and the other true diagnoses but it seems that he would be laughed out of the courtroom if he didn't at least acknowledge that she does have a personality disorder.

This jury, or at least one juror, is sending signals to Jodi that they believe she is guilty of premeditated murder.

YUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:great::great::great::great:

Some of the jurors have her nailed.

Let us hope they are the most persuasive folks in the room.

This comparison to police officers and fallen soldiers is working against his client.

So lets recap...we are ridng in a run away elevator with a medicated hippopotamus, down the bottom of a meteor crater....
Is that about right so far?

You just forgot to add that the hippo had a bad haircut.

You would think that the jury is all Websleuth members, they have great questions.

Ha! Watching HLN. "I would never compare this horrific event to the duties of a police officer or soldier,"

HEH HEH first the jury called her a *advertiser censored* and now they are making fun of her hair....Snarky!!
