I can attest to the drivers license height not being reliable. I remember listing my height on mine when I was in my teens and first got my license and it has never changed on my license even though I added a few inches in height after that first license. I dont even think my height was ever retaken at the drivers license renewal offices. Just picture taking.

Regarding the girth of the perp I always wondered if the perp we see in the video may have worn extra clothing underneath the outer jacket we see him/her wearing.

I know sometimes in cold weather I will put on a lot of upper clothing and it really puffs me out and makes me look way heavier than I really am. I sometimes will put on an undershirt, sweatshirt, then a normal winter type jacket and then another puffy warm coat over that which makes me look like I have gained 100 pounds. LOL

The perp in the video may have purposely worn extra clothing to make him/her seem heavier than they really were. They would have been warm in the building but maybe tolerated it to stay concealed from the cameras.

Does BWH have an older son, nephew or younger "protege? Could he have conspired with someone to break in to the church? Was he up feeding the baby so that he could keep in touch with his accomplice while the break-in was happening?

I would think a security guard, ex-cop, looking for work would have a motive to break into a local church to score some work. In fact, he was right there to volunteer to work "security" at the memorial without skipping a beat.

I have kicked around the idea that he might stage a burglary at Creekside in order to scare them and get some work out of it. And that in the course of doing that, she came in and surprised him.

He lost whatever job he had unexpectedly in April 2016, the same month as the murder. In his employment history I have a gap between 2013 and 2016. He runs his own carpet cleaning business but I don't know where that fits in. Would really like to know what job he lost.

I still contend that the SP is wearing a black front pack to carry the breaching/tactical/burglary tools he used, which gives the false appearance of a wide middle girth. The bulge is just too box-like. I think the SP is much thinner in build than many assume due to all the padding/shin guards etc and front pack worn over the tactical vest.

Do we know how tall that door is? I'm sure this has been discussed ad nauseam on here but I can't recall!! It does kind of look like the person is shorter. more a female height. But i don't know.

Pretty amazing stuff. I am as far from a scientist as one could get (very bad at math, etc), and Batbrat is brilliant. But my eyes see someone in the regular video who is rotund. I know I'm not smart in that way, and I mean I get that gear ads weight, but I've seen SWAT many times before and I feel like you can still generally determine whether they are lean or not.

But like i said, I am NOT smart when it comes to physics or geometry or whatever science/math is used to make those determinations!

I mean I feel like you can generally tell whether someone is stout or lean under the SWAT gear they're wearing and the suspect here seems stout to me, in my unscientific view.

The suspect's rounded shoulders also give me the impression of weight.

Here's another screenshot, tried to get a better angle and res on it. You can clearly see 3 boxy bulges which stand out in the front of the vest. It's not a rotund stomach, jmo. You can see this on the original extended footage if you slow it to 0.25 speed. Time index 1:06.

I'm sure you're right. But even shearing off those three bulges, the person looks stout to me around the middle. But again, this is an area way outside my abilities. So while I have an impression I realize I don't have facts to back it up like Batbrat.

All other identified POI who were video surveyed were ruled out by the Dr. and at time said could not exclude BWH.
Interesting the writer of the SW duplicated his first paragraph and added to it in the 2nd one.

Maybe this was why it took 7 months. But with MPD prior statements and this it was not BB or his father in that church. So JMHO it doesn't matter BB height, but his height was in one of the SW and iirc he is 6ft.It was over the height given by MPD.
Not saying BB could not be involved, but from info we have had from MPD, he was not the Suspect inside that church. JMHO

That been my thoughts also. Laying in wait. Deed done and then ran back to the kitchen, got in veh and straight out. Then it was a while before anyone entered to find her deceased.

Of course, we don't even need the height question answered, since BB wasn't even in the state of Texas when the murder occurred. You can't be the SP and also be in Mississippi at the same time. (Or, in re to RB, you can't be the SP and also be in Cali at the same time.)

As to the question of why 7 months on the SW - my thought is that it came down to the podiatrist. It probably took some time to find the expert, then more time to compile footage of various POIs and their gaits, and still more time for the podiatrist to analyze the footage. Then once they got word back that everyone was eliminated except BWH, they had the probable cause they needed.

I'm thinking the passerby / dark SUV info was gleaned pretty early on, but MPD didn't have enough probable cause. Remember, we don't know that they didn't try to get the SW earlier than December - we only know that they were successful in December.

Wow. Where did that blurb come from and when was that statement released? I mean it suggests that everyone else with a matching gait was eliminated except this guy. And I'm sure I've heard this asked on Missy's thread's before but WTH? How MANY people walk funny like that? It's seems like a lot connected to the case. I would've thought that was an unusual gait!

It's pretty intense what the podiatrist is stating. Really points to only one person. If he's wrong the prosecution won;t use him at all. But if someone else is prosecuted for this crime you better bet that the defense will!!
