yeah, but why would Tommy lie? why not just say that he decided to on his own, go see if Misty was home? & since he obviously lied about why he was there, it's safe to assume that he might be lieing about what happened, once he got there. & since he has now been placed at his folk's house, it's only natural to wonder if LE has any evidence pointing to the crime happening there. & if he took Ron's call from a landline, & his original statement matches the phone record, then he can't very well separate himself from that original statement now. I'm guessing that LE has some evidence from that area that we don't know about, & it looks like Tommy has placed himself in the wrong place at the wrong time...& is now trying to squirm out of it.That's what he gets for throwing Misty under the bus, & lieing about Ron. & I'm assuming it is a lie, because he is now scrambling away from that statement. But all of this on my part, is just a bunch of guessing, & MOO.
