Well guess what, Kathy Reichs just twitted that she was watching the Super Bowl from Tahiti so if she has TV and she can post on twitter I would say she is more than likely also reachable by phone. Nice try JB and CM.

Someone should definitely let her know that he is trashing her professionally in court and on TV and the internet. And that he wants to meet with her in Chi-town.That ought to go over well....

I have no idea. However, if she has not tweeted anything concerning JB and this case, I'm guessing she already gave the defense an opinion and was told "Thanks, but no thanks," which was evidenced during the hearing when JB said she might have another opinion after he meets with her at the convention with new evidence...I'm dizzy...or she only recognizes AL's number. Either way, this is hilarious! Half time is great! Woohoo! :floorlaugh:

If he wants a report from her before the deadline he better hurry up because time flies especially when Kathy is in a time zone that is +18hours ahead of us here in Orlando.
It's 3:41pm Feb. 7 in Orlando and it's 9:41am Feb 8 in Fiji...if I did that right(18 hours ahead)

Since it's already Feb 8 in Fiji Baez has 1 week to get Reich's report to him and handed in by the deadline of Feb.15 at 4pm..any word how long she was going to be in Fiji?

IMO, the new information JB has is the new defense strategy He wants her to go back and write up the report he never wanted back when we had money to pay her, except he wants her to say the state experts didn't follow protocol this time.
He thinks it worked when he blurted out that Dr S found Dr G didn't follow protocol except.........there's no report saying that. There's also no Dr S and I can promise you he won`t be up and ready to be writing reports in time for the March deadline either. Even if he is IMO, a near death experience may have tempered his desire to play devils advocate for ICA.
I`m predicting no further reports and the defense will then blame the judge but meanwhile they never had these experts to start. Of course BP already knows this and has prepared for their next set of excuses.

Thank You ~ I thought that date looked "odd" to me.

So, Judge Perry gave the lab some extra time afterall, more than what he intially did.
I'm curious to how that phone call went, and what all was told.
