2011.03.03 Motions Hearing - #3 (PM)

What have we learned today??

1) The BOMBSHELL today has to be that Mark Hawkins wore a "wire" for LE while with the Anthony's and in Jose Baez's office.

2) George Anthony is most definitely going to come out of this trial with at least a contempt of court charge and very likely perjury. The man is out of control.

3) Linda D-B brought everything FULL CIRCLE with one question to George Anthony that had all of us in tears, including me, and that was " Are you an Agent of Caylee Marie."

4) Jose has put himself on trial. This hearing was all about HIM!

5) Lee Anthony did a great job today.

6) Casey Anthony looked absolutely devastated when CM took away her pad and pen. She seriously looked lost without it.

Can't wait to see what tomorrow will bring?

Well in the two days he has been rambling on with this he has

A. pretty much admitted in open court that not only was his client Lying about everything she said, but everyone knew she was lying about all of this stuff, including the nanny. (You know the lies he regurgitated back out to the public and the court as true fact every day back then... Nevermind when YM "knew" she was lying JB, when exactly did you know?)

B. Got several witnesses to testify under oath, and pretty much openly admitted himself, that he was shuttling contraband letters back and forth between the inmate and her family. (gee isn't that a felony JB?)

C. Managed to get sworn testimony from pretty much everyone involved that they all, every single one of them, thought that JB was (to quote HHJP) "not up to snuff" from early on in the investigation. LE, Parents, witnesses, bystanders, etc.

D. Proved this further by getting witnesses such as LE and the Defendants family to testify how he would blow them off, refuse phone calls, not call them back etc.

I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings! Maybe he'll call DC to the stand so he can grill him about how "JB told him to move or dispose of the body, and the fact that he didn't indicates that he is an agent of the state".

Listening to him to him ramble on the past 6+ hours, all I did was think about your definition of him as a "legal sociopath". Yes, I understand the point he was trying to make, but it fell way short as HHJP pointed out to him. I have decided that he is as narcissistic and insecure as his client. No wonder they get along so well and she has refused to fire him.

I just got it and I reeeeeally want to watch the trial live in May and I am wigging out because I cant seem to figure out how! I dont want to pay for an app unless I know for a fact I can watch the video with it! Does anyone know??

I'm still catching up here. Earlier I speculated as to Robyn Adams' whereabouts. She's no longer listed on the OCSO jail data base and the Federal BOP inmate locator lists her as "in transit" so I guess she won't be appearing for "her" motion - thought Maya's testimony was the only one rendered moot.

With that, ICA acted surprised, rolled her eyes and threw her hand in the air palm up and CM put his hand on her shoulder.

Mark H. was in Jose's office? When? For a deposition? He wore a wire for what purpose?

Don't know. Maybe she's writing her response/questions to witness's statements and the attorneys want to go over it.

Whatever it is, could it be that they probably don't want her taking it back to the jail where it could possibly be photographed and thus become public record?

...but it may also establish that he was being directed to ask certain questions...but isn't this moot 'cause they have the visits on videotape?

Eta: I didn't realize that YM requested the visits to be taped. I was under the impression they all were.

OMG...This is when I went into the ugly cry. Not kidding. I had to log off and went to lunch with my friend.

I had no clue this case could elicit so many intense feelings! My reaction to George's testimony caught me off-guard. I kept hearing Caylee's voice call him "JoJo" and would just lose it. :anguish:

I have got to get a grip on myself for real.

That said, I sincerely hope that George never gets another peaceful night of sleep. Ever.
