Just a quick thought. Does the state even need the dog testimony? The dog did not find anything, so what is the point of it? Caylee was found behind the house not in the yard? Maybe I am missing the point of all of this??
I don't think the cholorform will be allowed in trial. The A's have a pool, they could have chlorine or chlorine tabs in the back of the car at some point.
It shows a step by step of what possibly occurred or what the State will present at trial. Child died, child was placed in car, child decomposed in car, child was placed in backyard still decomposing - no remains found, child eventually found just down the road.
