Dr. Logan is the expert witness from PA who went last on 4/1. HHJP got perturbed when he realized that Dr Logan's testimony wasn't going to take only 45 minutes, LIKE THE DEFENSE HAD INDICATED, and subsequently called the final sidebar of that day.

IMO this is a thinly disguised ruse due to CM being late (and possibly JB if he shows up today). I see CM is there now. How convenient that court is in recess and he didn't miss anything.

They don't fool me for 1 minute with their games, and I predict they will never fool a jury either.

That might explain why Ms Sims looked so frazzled earlier?

Baez present...ICA seems to have lightened up since her knight in shining armour is present...smiles galore...I do hope she continues this behavior in front of jurors...they will see she isn't shaken up one bit as her life is on the line...JMHO

I really wonder what is keeping her on the defense team. They don't seem to respect her a whole lot and let her walk into things without warning her. I don't understand what she could be getting out of being on this case with the way she's been treated so far.

Yes, she doesn't seem to be a happy camper, this morning. I wonder if Judge Perry will mention the fact that both lawyers were late for the hearing. Does anyone else think this was a tactic so he wouldn't notice.
