my mama used to say "diarrhea of the mouth"

JB: oak ridge is a lab. what is in labs don't come into court. are the persons using these instuments right? are they qualified? many cases are rejected because of contamination issues in labs. no quality controls what so ever. no error rates. no written protocols.

in the cybors case there were written protocols. why are they so important? because otherwise all we are taking is the opinion of Dr. Vass. :thumb:

JB: you can't reproduce something that wasn't written down. we can't go back to 2008 and know what Dr. Vass found. impossible. that is why there is protocols. and if there are any errors or mistakes they can find them and where they can go back to them. again, as far as the peer review there was a poster session that was done in the cyers base and this was considered...

IMHO: ICA even thinks this sounds like :plop:

KC is raptly watching and listening to "her guy".

I had to step out for a couple of hours. Did anyone identify the lady sitting next to Casey on Casey's right-hand side? Gray jacket and purple top. (Not Sims)

I'm losing focus, all I hear is blah, blah and see and endless power point presentation...not even a colored pie chart...Yawn!!!

Did Vass consider the trunk as "surface"? I don't think so.

What would he do if his computer crashed.....you know he is reading what one of "his students" wrote!

Casey is not writing in that yellow legal pad... even she must be getting sick of it.

ETA:  Caylee was in trash bags Baez, not "body bags". A body bag would have been what she was transported in had her death been reported and her remains treated with respect and professionalism.

I think it is one of the Baez Law firm's baby lawyers. Medina must be busy today.

you know his voice is hard to listen to---its the whiny bit in it

And yet when JB was "reading" his powerpoint, he did it with such pomposity!...as tho he was Perry Mason or Matlock! Blech.

JW is back and mimicking KC's actions.

JB is speaking about contamination issues. He starts to get really serious and emotional but then he cracks himself up. IMHO>

JB: there is significant problems with dr. vass's testimony. And even though we can't have the evidence in we want in...that machine broke down in the middle of testing...

JA: objection
HHJP: sustained

ETA: I wonder who made the chart?
