He started by insulting the judge's intelligence, and his presentation is a mess. His "points" consist of mocking Dr Vass and showing he can't spell for .

OMG - I am just so completely shocked at JB's disdainful and condescending treatment of his honor - to read through case law, read through 'excerpted' pieces of the report from Vass clearly cherry picking - even I can see that and I have NO science degree................

I really hold this judge in very high regard. His patience must be almost gone by now. Lord help him at trial.
