JA - Nobody in the USA has studied human decomp as much as Dr. Vass. Dr. Furton agreed that it is REQUIRED of his students to read Dr. Vass's work.

JA: the only issue is the use and interpretaton. the defense has agreed that GCS is a generally accepted method. Dr. logan is not qualified because he said 20 years ago was the last time he worked with it.

I don't think so. I would expect a ruling by end of week or at the latest by the end of next week. I don't think he's going to want to hold this much up so each side can prepare for the very much looming trial.

JA is talking about how the work Dr. Vass does is generally accepted science. Dr. Furton was closest to it, but he only supervises other people's work.

JA: tore down three of JB four arguments by saying they were not contained in the original motions and asked the court to disregard those arguments.

JA: is arguing the last part saying: everyone agrees the three things dr. vass did are generally accepted. this other stuff the defense took so long to talk about the jury can agree or disagree...

just what the judge said two hours ago to Jose Baez. These are things the jury will decide, of course there are going to be varying opinion.

Dr. Vass agrees there is no certain thing we use to say "this is human deomp" he is not saying that if he did the defense might have more of a argument. Dr. furton agrees it is possibly of human origin and agrees it could be decomp. the rest will come before the jury.

IMHO: Jose is trying to run out of time. ICA does NOT want to be confronted with her lies nor does she want Caylee to have her day. This is what is getting me more angry and why I want to see this through. I want to hear about Caylee.
