DS: Let's assume Caylee went swimming and her mother put her wet swimming suit in the trunk"

Seriously? Really? Sigh...

  • #663
DCS: Presume that on June 2nd Caylee was swimming in Tony Lazarros pool. Mother put a wet bathing suit in the trunk of her car.

Judge: Don't answer that question there is going to be an objection.

MY QUESTION...how is giving a date of June 2nd hypothetical. Judge caught onto that and asked if the facts were given in a depo anywhere.

WOW

Poor LDB looks exactly the way I do when I'm at work with a migraine. Head that weighs about 700 lbs, hand shielding eyes due to sensitivity to light. Barely able to look up.

I don't think it's simply utter boredom, I think she does have a migraine.

But she is so sharp, I don't believe she is missing a word and is busy making her own notes on everything.

d sims says: but judge, its hypothetical.

judge doesn't care.

  • #666
I can't believe she tried to throw that in.

June 2 , 2008 Caylee was swimming in TonyL's pool and the mother put a wet bathing suit in the trunk of the car....OBJECTION..

Hypothetical...objection sustained...I see now where the defense is going with the cholorform in the trunk...they have their 'excuse' as to WHY it appeared a human decomp event took place in the trunk...me thinks she wasn't supposed to divulge that, yet...OH MY...

Uh oh, JW is getting very vocal and animated to the people seated next to her. They are ignoring her and staring straight ahead.

BL chloroform is produced by chemicals in the enviornment. - chlorinated swim pools
there is trace chloroform in drinking water

  • #671
I thinking the entire pool would have be to in the back on her car to get those chloroform levels, not just one, tiny, wet bathingsuit. Sheesh!

  • #672
trace chloroform in drinking water?

yes there is.

  • #673
after 31 days?!?! reallly!!!

  • #674
Tony?? Hear that bus????

  • #675
Simms just said she is "ten pages off"

are they really going to get to the stain and the sticker today?

  • #676
Judge wanted to see a deposition where this bathing suit was spoken of. She then says it is a HYPOTHETICAL - judge sustains objection.

UNREAL.

  • #677
OMG are they serious?

Chloroform got into the trunk via harmless means.....and KC just happened to search her computer on this chemical and Caylee just happened to turn up dead, and the trunk just happened to smell of death. Yes...it's all just a big coincidence.

moo

did she just say she has ten more pages :banghead:

  • #679
We're not talking TRACE chloroform found in the trunk, DS! We're talking a MASSIVE spike of it!

  • #680
eeek! DS trying to say that Caylee was swimming in TL's pool on 2 june and a wet bathing suit was put in the trunk of the car

hhjp tells logan not to answer the question

Which is it? Febreeze plus dryer sheets or a bathing suit that somehow does not dry over 6 weeks in a hot trunk but then isn't in there anyway?
