Aaaannnnnddddd Baez is whining already because the State is successful at impeaching the Defense witnesses and the Defense basically is laughable at trying to impeach the State witnesses.

In other words "Judge it's not faaaaiiiiirrrr that they are better at their job than we are"

HHJP: there was a right of cross examinations.
JB: no one from this case cross examed. further it is the states burden for frye. the state has given the court that has not been entered into evidence. We ask for the same treatment. I think even if you tack on ramerz of being able to look at other ah, other journals judicial opinions external sources, as the gate keeper of science I think it would behoove the court to review the testimony of these issues as they pertain to the issues at hand.

Yes it is and it shouldn't be allowed to be worn on her wrist, IMO. It will be taken from her when she leaves if it is not back in her hair.

JA submitted depo testimony regarding the hair banding for a case in New York where Frye ruling was held and it was admitted.

JB wants it out because he couldn't talk to the witness and cross examine.

Sour grapes.

JA: the witness who testified, mr potranko is not available. trying to circumvent by...no motion had been filed...issues had not been addressed. witness's are all available. specifically dr. ...fbi...rickenbock was schedualed to test...was told he wasn't needed.
