Jose: it is the states burden under frye to put these witnesses forward. since they will not we submit these items of evidence. whether the court finds them persuasive or not. Again, you are the

Jose: I dont know how you have taken this in, it has been daunting, just a few days of hearing, certainly your honor, the court has done its own research, but it is complex issue never brought before someone before. I dont see how a proper and educated decision can be made, if science is used is should be out in the open science.
