Ashton is simply capable of handling it himself with out a backup for the forensics he knows so well. Yet you have 3 - JB, DCS and CM - all needing to argue their weak side hoping beyond hope that even ONE of them might make a point.

There is waay too much to the science surrounding the issues of whether or not there was decomp or if it was Caylee's...is what I hear.

Jose feels the scientific study that would go into(he alone has put in these last few years)truly looking at all the science has to be done to understand how to rule in this case with out being ignorant of the science. Jose feels all the materials from his "experts" should be added into evidence, even if it is never heard by the jury at trial because it is THAT important.

Casey's case holds science that no one has ever brought before the court, until now. Science deserves the light of day, to be seen for what it is, and if the judge(his honor)will just read all that Jose has studied, lo these many years...HH will too...understand.
