I'm sorry and MODS please excuse me for my comments,but I just can't take it anymore. This has got to be the worse display of juris prudence I have ever witnessed. I am a CTV watcher from OJ and I have never seen anything/or anyone as unprepared and ill equipped to lead a case in my life,this line of questioning is just painful to watch and listen to. My goodness where did they get this woman from.:twocents: :innocent:

But it doesn't matter because she only knows plants of the WEST!!!! Why she is even testifying? I don't get how she is even relevant! Florida plants require a Florida plant expert!
