If the media really wanted this they should have has the OS lady argue to even have a shot, she knows her law. This lady (I think they said from Fox 35?) is really not well versed. JMHO.

JP says WFTV have agreed to sign confidentiality agreement (and 1 or 2 others). Says how is public shut out if they are there. Lawyer responds that is not the law just because some agree to it.
