How many people think this woman is going to be handed contempt charges??

She is so rude and needs to be taught a lesson.

If that's the case then GA, CA and the entire defense team should have had comtempt charges by now!

HHJP asks whether local TV channels have legal analysts. She is struggling to answer since she is not a local. Now he's talking about websites of local media-specifically for coverage of this case. Now he asks if she realizes every single document of this case has been published on these websites.
Comments that he was spotted in W Palm Beach last week, asks her if she was aware that one of the stations she represents sent a team to WPalm last week to ask a passerby for their "person on the st " reaction to the possibility of the trial being there...
I am actually leaning to her argument. I dont understand the need for this secrecy. Just goes to reinforce the idea that ICA is special, needs protecting from public opinion. JMO

I don't get why this woman is trying so hard to get this location and not have to sign an agreement..Why not protect the integrity for Caylee's justice...I think this will not go over well...His Honor is not having any of it..

He brought up the fact he was seen in Palm Beach County...he just happened to turn on the news and saw this...

This was the best the media could do for an atty? I'm not impressed. She is VERY unprepared.

I came in here late. Not sure if this is the same person, but previously The OS had a great attorney who was a great representative for the media. I think the judge is being harsher than usual. He's cutting her off and throwing her for a loop....purposely. But hey, he's the judge! He can do what he wants! lol.

First time I've seen what looks like worry show up in KC's expression.

Perp looks good in lavender.

Agree, as much as I agree with the judge, I hate the fact that KC is getting to have that "poor me" moment.

I do not think the secrecy is about protecting ICA. I think it is about protecting jurors and protecting the integrity of selecting jurors.

Bottom line - HHJP is trying to get across that the media needs to act responsibly. Justice is more important than scooping the next guy.

Attorney basically saying the Anthony's put themselves in media and are not deserving of extra protection.

:tos: :bigfight:

  • #119
yeah, not sure how the judge figures he is going to keep this a secret anyways.

RBBM. This answers the questions anyone might have had about whether or not he does any online reading and searching.
