Usually Tulessa posts a link to the hearings that is better than any of the local stations or even cnn.com......

I do not think the secrecy is about protecting ICA. I think it is about protecting jurors and protecting the integrity of selecting jurors.

Disagree. Juries are selected every day to decide high profile cases and seem to do so conscientiously with the ability to disregard what they have heard, in order to judge the case on the facts presented.
Once the location is known it will be a free for all anyway, so whether they find out sooner or later doesn't make much difference. There are already plenty of mechanisms in place to protect jurors anonymity and security.
It's not medias' fault if the Sunshine laws allow for the scrutiny of all docs associated with this case.
Interesting that HHJP speaks so harshly of Legal Analysts for local TV but does not mention JB's circus appearances on every TV show that will pay him. If silence is what the Judge requires then he is the first one that needs silenced.
He and CM have done more than anyone to make inflammatory comments about this case, on TV and the web.

I'm thinking he is aware of all the silly motions that the DT file...and expecting this one......don't think he gave them ideas but tried to show he knows what they are up to..tired of games.....

No. The judge is asking her what she believes he can do to counter the obvious media attention that may affect her right to fair trial. He says defense could file a motion for a continuance to let media die down and postpone trial for perhaps 6 months. He makes point that memory is important for court cases - memory diminishes the longer the continuance occurs. Obviously he does not want that. My opinion of course.

I had to go out of the connection posted here - go to the main cnn website listing and click on live stream on the site posting that comes up, and now not having any trouble.

Well 48 hours and Wesh appears to be. Which IMO is behind the HHJP's demeanor this morning.

If anyone watches In Sessions and gets all their information from them they would be highly biased towards the defense... and they have tons of 'legal analysts'.
