omg...she hasn't even viewed the final draft of the confidentiality agreement and she stood up there and argued against it?!?! WTH?

perhaps thinking it works for the DT?????????:waitasec:

Me thinks a plea is on the horizon and she will cite the exposure to the case being "bigger than OJ".

I like how the judge called this motion a "distraction".

I think the judge is PO'd over this motion.

Wow, did she go to the same law school as Baez or what?

I am in complete agreement with Judge Perry on the media issue..however disagree that Casey is crying because of the realness of all of this.

She cried only because Mason patted her on the back... she is stone cold evil.

The order will be done when it's done. HHJP

Oh yeah! He is not happy having to waste hours of his time on this media nonsense.

HHJP is mesmerizing. I think Casey is crying partially to hear his tone- this.is.real. If only she had heard this tone from her parents, she may have never found herself here.

JB wanted transcriptions of the jail visits.

God, please tell me this trial is NOT going to be delayed. NOT when justice is SO CLOSE!

I am so mad at the MEDIA. What is the big deal? Sign the darn agreement. If this trial gets delayed, I am going to be PIZZED!

JP: talking about housekeeping matters that need to be dealt with in the jury room. All sides heading to privacy of jury room including defendant

  • #316

Telling you.....plea coming soon.

Housekeeping matters - to the jury room

  • #318
Casey, the judge is concerned about you receiving a FAIR trial, so that when the jury has ruled we don't have to see you, hear about you, anymore.

  • #319
Hmmm... housekeeping matters to be taken up in the jury room...:waitasec:

I like how the judge called this motion a "distraction".

I do not think she will ever plead!
