This must be exactly what the DT hoped would happen (potential delay) - why else do they Play to the media day in day out. Same with the A's.......there was no reason, in retrospect, for them to have been in front of the cameras every day/week. They said it was because they wanted to search for a live Caylee.........but they knew very well that she was gone. Their righteous outrage act is falling on deaf ears in this corner.

She needs to watch some of the coverage of her mother and then maybe understand why so much negative publicity has been generated. I can't think of any other capital case where the family/DT has gone on this media blitz and made themselves and the case look so ridiculous.

From what I can remember ICA was breaking down due to volume of publicity, rights of defendant then delay of trial talk from Judge Perry. I really will need to watch this again, the camera man was not on ICA at the start so a bit difficult to pin it down.

The usual DT attempts to monopolize the camera. ICA starts to tear up, CA starts to shake. Her rights are being threatened. She might actually have to face some consequences.

I didn't see the note...but it was during the long speech by HHJP. Camera was on CA a long time and she was shaking the whole time. It was shaking not fidgeting.

Lol, I was just wondering if KC thinks she can completely avoid trial. Maybe the Judge saying he would delay if need be kicked in to her that trial is coming regardless what happens.

It was around the "Casey Anthony deserves a fair trial" bit I think... around the time ICA was crying (only because CM patted her on her back). It could have been anger even. It was just... very noticeable.

CA shaking. Was it from being upset or anger? The media attorney mentioned the "parents" speaking to the media many times. What will she be like during the trial?

Definitely FEAR - it was uncontrollable - the cameras have been on and off her - initially when the cameras were on her earlier, she was shaking slightly, but when CJBP started talking about ICA and the trial - she was just vibrating. This is terribly real for her now.

ICA burst into tears after the judge said something like "media exposure is a serious threat to the right of CASEY ANTHONY getting a fair trial", and CA`shaking was also during the judges speach about media coverage.
